Curse (EX): Covetous You find yourself drawn to the luster of wealthy living. You must wear fine nonmagical clothing and jewelry worth at least 50 gp + 100 gp per character level you have beyond 1st. If you do not have sufficient wealth to purchase this additional equipment, you feel a strong desire (but are not compelled) to sell existing items or steal from others to obtain it. You are sickened whenever you do not meet this requirement; you are also sickened for 24 hours after anything worth 25 gp x your character level or more is taken from you against your will. Use Magic Device becomes a class skill for you. At 5th level, you gain a +4 insight bonus on Appraise checks, Spellcraft checks to identify magic items, and Use Magic Device checks. At 10th level, you add fabricate to your list of spells known. At 15th level, you add half your oracle level to your CMD against steal combat maneuvers and to the DC of Sleight of Hand checks to take items from you.
Mystery: Draconic (fire/red dragon)
Class Skills: An oracle with the dragon mystery adds Fly, Intimidate, Perception, and Knowledge (arcana) to her list of class skills. She can take ranks in Fly even if she does not have a method of flying under her own power.
Bonus Spells: cause fear (2nd), resist energy (4th), fly (6th), fear (8th), spell resistance (10th), antimagic field (12th), true seeing (14th), form of the dragon III (16th), overwhelming presence (18th).
Revelations
Talons of the Dragon (Su) You fight with the fearsome talons of dragonkind. You can grow claws as a free action. These claws are treated as natural weapons, allowing you to perform two claw attacks as a full attack action using your full base attack bonus. Each of these attacks deals an amount of slashing damage equal to 1d4 (1d3 if you are Small) + your Strength modifier. At 5th level, these claws are considered magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming DR. At 7th level, the damage die increases by 1 step, to deal an amount of slashing damage equal to 1d6 (1d4 if you are Small) + your Strength modifier. At 11th level, these claws deal an additional 1d6 points of damage of your chosen energy type on a successful hit. You can use your claws for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier. These rounds do not need to be consecutive.
Draconic Resistance (EX) Like the great dragons, you are not easily harmed by common means of attack. You gain resistance 5 against your chosen energy type and a +1 natural armor bonus. At 9th level, your energy resistance increases to 10 and your natural armor bonus increases to +2. At 15th level, your energy resistance increases to 20 and your natural armor bonus increases to +4
Dragon Senses (Ex) Your senses take on a keen draconic edge. You gain either darkvision with a range of 60 feet or low-light vision. At 5th level, you can select darkvision with a range of 60 feet or low-light vision if you do not yet have both, or you can add 60 feet to the range of your darkvision. At 11th level, you gain blindsense with a range of 30 feet. If you already have blindsense, you instead increase its range by 30 feet. At 15th level, you gain either the scent ability or a +4 bonus on Perception checks.
Description
Lillandra has long blonde hair that is tied in a ponytail starting at the top of her head that flows down to her ankles and amber colored, vertically slit, eyes. Her garments are of a dark wine red with matching knee high boots and sleeves. There are large swaths of her skin showing through the daringly cut outfit and fine gold chains wrap around her hips and upper thighs and work as garters to attach her boots to. A high neckline and matching headpiece go with the outfit. Her fingers are tipped with long nails that look like claws and she always has a fancy pack that holds far more than it should on her back.

Personality
Lilindra is a domineering force, she is gorgeous and she knows it, and she has a definite style of her own. She is always looking for more pretty things to add to her collection and if she can’t afford them she has no problem stealing them or intimidating people into giving her what she wants. If she put a bit of effort at being diplomatic or guileful people would likely fall for her every word but Lilindra is far too impatient for that approach.
Lilandra is not one to have “friends”, or at least she doesn’t believe so, instead she has minions who do what she tells them to. If they don’t she will generally just pretend they saw through her order to what she really wanted and express her gratitude in a way she feels is appropriate.
Background
Lilandra was born in the city of Vedola around twenty four years ago. Her mother was a human woman named Cassandra and her father was unknown to her as she never met him. Despite being a single woman with no real skills or income Cassandra provided well for herself and her daughter from a stipend secretly set up by Liandra’s father, a shape shifted red dragon, who had a modicum of desire to provide for his whelpling.
As she got older Lilandra began to exhibit signs of her draconic heritage, first she sprouted claw like nails from her hands, later her skin started to have an almost scaly texture to it in places, and she began to exhibit spontaneous castings of divine magics. Lilandra also began to covet things, largely shiny things, and she got in trouble several times for theft, though charges always seemed to be dropped or resolved with out serious repercussions.
Lilandra eventually became a great beauty and began to dress in daring, and expensive, fashions. She took to adventuring to make money when she needed it since her divine abilities were in great demand by others in that hallowed profession. The whole time Lilandra lived with her mother, freeloading as much as she could, but still helping to provide for the house when she was pressed on the matter. Eventually she was able to see in the dark and in low light conditions.
Lilandra never made many friends but she didn’t really feel like she needed them, and she rarely dated. One night stands or short term flings have always been her thing more than commitment and it rarely bothers her. She tends to entertain herself with people she finds attractive, regardless of their race or gender. Currently she has been getting a bit bored of the same old same old and is looking for something new to entertain her, little did she know the chance would soon find her.
