Leviathyn will attempt to move through Vreni's space and then use his shift swift action to move himself to the spot upstairs on the otherside of the opening to the guard and then shoot him? (the swift action does not provoke) if this is not possible he will attempt to make any movement that let's him move upstairs without provoking and using his swift action as necessary, but as it stands if that does not work he is simply trapped downstairs without any line of sight and will hold action to wait for an opening to fight.

Leviathyn will whip an arrow at this fellow who brings a heavy crossbow into a small building defense contract, while being annoyed at him for not being properly caught in his cone, and resolving to have to kill him instead.

Leviathyn will slowly start to approach the others as he holds his hands up. "Not hurt me much, how much.... is your friend very strong? I need to know what sort of hurt is being precluded to...." He will say, attempting to get any view of the other one. Once he is within 10 feet, and just out of getting his ass hit range he will cast color spray to hit the f&$+er and hopefully the one above if possible but he isn't hopeful. He will then swift action to shift ability 10 feet backward to increase the range he is from his enemy by 5ft.

DESCRIPTION

A vivid cone of clashing colors springs forth from your hand, causing creatures to become stunned, perhaps also blinded, and possibly knocking them unconscious. Each creature within the cone is affected according to its HD.

2 HD or less: The creature is unconscious, blinded, and stunned for 2d4 rounds, then blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, and then stunned for 1 round. (Only living creatures are knocked unconscious.)

3 or 4 HD: The creature is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round.

5 or more HD: The creature is stunned for 1 round.

Sightless creatures are not affected by color spray.

Leviathyn will start from 1 and go through starting to take everything. He will be counting down the time until the fog dissipates, deciding to place himself where he thinks he will be able to see both the f@*~ers when it dissipates.

Leviathyn will use his shift ability to move past the cage if there is room for him to do so inside the cage. He will then proceed to steal all of the shit. Just all of it. Unless there is not room to do so by shifting in and out as per dimension door style movement.

Leviathyn will look for traps or the such and approach the cage, figuring he will do the attempt to pick that lock once they have both attempted to detect any trappings.

Leviathyn will do as she signals, heading down and percepting for traps along the hallway, as long as they both do not find any he will attempt to pick the lock.

Leviathyn will take those 3 nice things from the front of the shop carefully and bag them, he will then return to the back of the shop and keep guard near the trap door, watching for any dangers.

A dark smile crosses Leviathyns face as he considers a good old arson starting with a candle and these here desks. He then considers the need to rob the front of the store. He will move to the door and look at it, attempt to see which side the door locks from, or if it is key locked from both sides, depending on the door. If the door is locked . He will then do one of a few things, depending.

If the door has a window to see through to the front area of the store he will:
1. observe to see if there are any people in the front of the store, or the streets outside

If it is clear and his swift action teleportation ability is silent (I do not know if it is or not as it is a Su, and not an actual spell) he will use that to move to the otherside of the door.

If he cannot see through the door he will then attempt to pick that door.

perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 to hear if he needs to stop picking and back up.

Leviathyn will glance to Vreni, and realize they are doing this live, as it is a good time as any. He will smile and look around for any witnesses, perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Seeing none he will attempt to pick that back door lock, if he does see some he will wander out of the alley instead to the front.

He will then alert her to the time and head to the shop, he will send his raven up to fly check on any overlooking watchers, though commanding it not to talk until it is very safely back to him. He will have it also look at the upper windows to see if he sees any upper story windows and if there is anyone sleeping inside. (The bird can talk and has some intelligence). Leviathyn will look at the windows to see if they are shuttered or if he can see into the main level by either the windows or if there is a way to see past the backdoor. He will scout the backdoor by walking the alley and urinating. The whole time staggering a little as though he is drunk.

Leviathyn will suggest going to a bar that is passed the target merchant, spending an hour there, being sober apart from a drink or so, and then heading back using a route that lets them snoop nonchalantly at a dusk like hour around the merchant. Possibly urinating in the alley behind to check on the perimeter of the place, while seeming unassuming and normal. Leviathyn will commence this plan if there is agreement, though will not if there is not agreement, as he is very open to suggestions.

Leviathyn agrees and glances at the sun to estimate how much time they have. "Alright, we will plan first, do a walk by of the place and it's defenses and we can work tomorrow or the next day. Plenty of time before our guild mission."
