Cautious Fighter (+2 to AC when Fight Defensively or Total Defense)

Ftr-1st Feat:
Blundering Defense (Adjacent allies get half +AC from F.D./T.D.)

The above two Feats synergize, see below:

If Lem is Fighting Defensively:
He takes -4 to hit, gets +2 AC (and +2 from Cautious Fighter = +4 AC)
Adjacent allies get +2 AC from Blundering Defense

If Lem is using Total Defense:
He makes no attack, get +4 AC (and +2 from Cautious Fighter = +6 AC)
Adjacent allies get +3 AC from Blundering Defense

I just see this little dude flailing and blocking underfoot with a little staff... it cracks me up. "Knobkerry! Shillelagh! Block! Thrust! Bronboru! Dodge! Ha-hah! I'm pretty good with a bo staff..."

The Menayds have been helpers to humans for generations. Butlers, Tailors, Cooks... especially Cooks. Lem might have been a Cook, or Tailor, but stitch after boring stitch, or waiting for a roast to roast already dammit! Well, Lem was clearly meant for other things. The Sciences could have been a career for him, but for that whole exact timing and measuring issue, and the breakable glassware. It began to seem Lem might have no real profession in his future at all. And he would rather spend his days herding sheep and racing shephounds... But it turns out Lem's a relative genius at Tater, the hobbit game where a tender stands in a doorway and thrown potatoes SHALL NOT PASS. That this wanton childhood hooliganism might qualify Lem to be a bodyguard, and that bodyguarding might place him as a general aid and eventual esquire... Well it's said, halflings are lucky.
