I pause as I consider, being a tiefling in Sarkoris has never been... amazing, I have traveled far, to varisia even, where I picked up some of their military traditions. Until ended up killing a bunch of Norgober cultists, which got me framed by one justice ironbriar, and an effing Nocticulan Succubus, HER, exfiltrated me from prison. She offers me missions, always on targets more evil then myself, and I often end up accepting.

Wands of alter self are indeed pretty useful I think as I, polymorphed into a halfing or human child, break into the bakery.
I see a very nice smelling cake, and a fairly obvious trap as well. The Hags modus operandi may well be to lure children in, and then take then when they steal. I analyze it, a combination of silent alarm and a hold person spell. With a smile, I trigger it.

I freeze, as I pretend for the spell to have effected me, unsurprisingly, shuffled sounds from below... Oh, I would have missed that trapdoor. The kindly old lady appears, her eyes pitch black, wielding a bag of holding.
