Are you Canadian... or is Gowan actually known outside Canada???

I'm certain Gowan received notoriety on an international scale, as it was visiting relatives in Newcastle, mid eighties, when I was initially exposed to the sounds of Lawrence Gowan. As a young impressionable lass, I'm not quite sure what won me over at the time, the music or Gowan's hair...

Had dinner with a friend I have not seen in several years. We shared memories, laughter and a bottle of vino... It was fantastic!
