Without verbally replying, Leena nods to acknowledge she understands the goal, then makes sure her weapons, shield, sack and contents are all securely bound so they will not rattle around as she moves, begins to slowly crouch her away past the plush dragon.

"Sometimes I see solutions in chaos," Leena half-reflexively says, then when she realized she replied to Biold adds "is something K says sometimes."

"What's our next test, Sorrina? Something that we will need to use our weapons in the usual way?", Leena asks, as she does a careful inspection of her boarding pike to make sure there was no noticeable damage done to it from the liquid in the fountain.

Satisfied that the liquid does not harm neither metal nor wood, Leena retrieves her boarding pike and uses it to push/pull the gold ingot to the edge of the marble fountain, than uses the gold ingot as leverage to retreive her crowbar with her the boarding pike, spits on the crowbar before touching it with her hands to make sure it does not sizzle or anything...and when it does not, she says, "One of you use my crowbar to help keep the ingot against the side of fountain while I pull it up with my pike."

"Metal seems okay. Now to test wood."

Leena unslings her club from her side and carefully puts just the edge of the business end barely under the surface of the electrified water for a few seconds, lifts it out of the water and drops her club onto the ground beside the marble fountain, to see if her preferred weapon of bashing foes with was damaged...and if it was, if it is still being damaged.

The fountain is 10 feet across and three feet deep, mechanical if you dive in and grab it to swim out, it's 2 rounds of activity

Leena moves her right hand up to get her boarding pike in hand, "Will electric water damage metal and wood? If not I could snag the gold with my boarding pike."

She sets her boarding pike onto the ground, unstraps her steel shield and places it onto the floor, and gets her boarding pike in a two-handed grip.

Boarding pikes have reach and shove. Taking the form of a longspear fitted with crossbars or hooks, a boarding pike provides its wielder a sharp implement that's as adept at shoving enemies off a ship's railings as facilitating the boarding of other vessels.

As if in response to her own question, using her feet she slides her shield farther away from the fountain 15 feet from fountain, then places her boarding pike onto the ground by her shield also 15 feet away from fountain, retrieves a crowbar from her sack, and tosses the crowbar into the fountain.

Sometimes small changes are easily missed.

I remember one of the changes Pathfinder made in 1E from D&D 3.5 that was overlooked for a while in my groups - that you can take a 5-foot step as part of a readied action in PF1E that you could not in D&D 3.5.

Leena's eyes go wide at Brask's suggestion, "Oh, that will be fun..." then her look of excitement fades, "...but would that cause the electric water to spill out onto the floor? I love a shocking good story, but prefer not to get actually shocked simply by standing on the ground."

Then her up-and-down excitement/deflatement perks back up as she asks Sorrina, "You said scrolls were the right track! I thought blink scroll because you can quickly port one place nearby and back again...that's how K does it! Do we need shadows to use the blink scroll, Sorrina?"

"Two of the scrolls in the satchel might help, eh?"

Leena goes to whoever has the satchel slung over their shoulder, and lifts the flaps to retrieve the five scrolls, "I'm still trying to become more familiar with magic and scrolls like my brothers are. Which ones of these are the ones for blink and dispel magic?"

Blink is now called Flicker in PF Remastered.

"K usually uses shadows to blink around, but I do not think shadows are needed to use a spell scroll, or are they?"

With the five scrolls in her hands, she looks amongst the group, "Who can cast spells from scrolls?"

Leena answers Azorch's query as Brask starts creating building blocks of earth to use as a makeshift staircase up, "The pillars might be considered part of the platform, so burning the supports might be a fail instead of pass of the test?"

She then starts hopping onto the blocks of earth as Brask creates them, "Do you think they might pay us for checking the roof the Grand Lodge for debris and clearing it of clutter?" she says, with a half-smirk sly smile on her face, "You and my trickster brother would be great at solving riddles and traps together, Brask!"

@GM: As nothing has come up in gameplay yet that would have been impacted by the following change, is it okay to shift her free ability boost from Charisma to Intelligence (for +1 Int and +2 Cha instead of +0 Int and +3 Cha) - so she can gain Elven as a bonus language (which she should have - that was an oversight when I first figured out her final ability score modifiers).

"That's two for the middle," Leena says as she lifts up the central satchel with both hands to have more control should it be heavier than it appears and has fragile items in it. She then walks around the table, back to where the others are standing, and gently places it onto the floor.

"Might be better if someone else carries it from this point on. I tend to move around a lot while fighting. Don't want to break things that we don't want broken, eh?"

"Anyone need to hit the head first before we begin Sorrina's test?"

In response to Brask's motion, Leena who is standing on the other side of the table from the rest of the PCs shifts her right hand above the one that Brask pointed at and holds her left hand in the air above the middle satchel.

As she waits for the other's input, she asks, "Marl, can we call you that for short? How long have you been looking for your missing friend? sister? partner?"

I like that Paizo made it clear in 2E regarding'flavor how you want'.

I have not read the full PF2E PFS guide entries yet, so was not sure if 'flavor as you want' was included or not in PFS 2E.

As well as everyone at 'the table' getting a more accurate mental visualization of how Leena's poison special abilities work thematically (poisonous spittle while angry/frustrated).

Leena approaches the table with the satchel and pauses at each side of the table as she looks for differences, then stops on the other side of the table and looks at the others, "I did not notice anything that makes the two satchels on either side different. The middle satchel has the impression of a larger object that the the other two satchels do not have."

She waits a few moments for her fellow pathfinders to consider that information, then asks, "Any objections to taking the middle satchel as our choice?"

When a dragon instinct barbarian takes the Rage action, they can choose whether or not to gain the increased damage benefits of their instinct for that rage.

How I envision Leena applying poison damage while raging, is her spewing poisonous spittle. (Her early history included becoming a drunk...with the quick sober cantrip who 'purged' herself by puking the toxins out.)

So instead of her weapon becoming 'coated' with poison, on a successful strike, she sprays the target with poisonous spittle while in a rage that she opted to add the increased damage from her dragon instinct.

Remastered rage does not impose an AC penalty, nor has a 1 minute cooldown to re-enter rage (though the 1 minute cooldown applies to when temporary hit points for raging can be gained again).

Three identical satchels ==> Do the outlines of any/all of the items inside each of the satchels also make the 'pressed against the interior lining that has shaped the appearance of the exterior lining' identical?

"For the one with an 'abyss of the depths', having an anchor with an attached grappling hook that would not be harmed by the 'sea', or at least would take longer for the 'corrosive sea' to destroy it than it takes to plop the anchor down and reel the sunken treasure back up," Leena says, as she looks to see if there are any clues from the impressions the items inside the satchels might be making againsts the exterior of the satchels, that could suggest what kind of items might be held within them.

"Something like a harpoon gun to use against a flying creature might be handy for the first challenge as well. A ship's mast with a crow's nest to reach higher in the sky than we otherwise could not reach...maybe one of the satchels contains a miniaturized ship that can be changed back to a normal-sized vessel."

"Are we allowed to walk around the satchels so we can view them from different angles, Sorrina?"

In addition to attempting to discover if any of the contours of the exterior of the satchels are not identical to each other, after Sorrina answers the question and the others have given their initial ideas and suggestions, Leena starts to look around the room for clues, "Maybe there is a map of sorts made up from the items in the room we're in that can be used to determine between left, middle and right, eh?"

Secret checks if appropriate

First Perception +5 check, for determining if the contours of the three identical satchels are not identical.

Second Perception +5 check, for determining if the layout of the objects/walls/floor/ceiling/painted images, etc. of the room they are in might provide clues on what sort of objects might be contained in one or more of the satchels.

"Didn't I say Master of Spells? Maybe I got punched harder last night than I remember..." Leena replies back as she moves her hands to the sides of her head, moving them around to see if there are any new welts she she did not have when she woke up yesterday.

"Oh, someone hit me in the back of the head apparently, maybe with a chair? Come to think of it I do not remember making my way back to the Lodge last night."

She looks around at the rest of the gathered pathfinders, "Did any of you see me around last night?"

Her thoughts briefly ponder if her trickster brother decided to follow her to Absalom after all...possibly causing her to not hear some of the replies to the question she just asked...

Leena raises her shoulders in a 'oh, well' motion before putting her deck of cards back into one of her pockets.

After Ambrus departs the room, Leena tells the others, "Did he leave us with a test? Aram Zey is the Master of Scrolls. Ma'bee the cap'n said Aram's proxy's name to save time. That particularity makes me think we should find Sorrina first, but the rest of you can decide on which of the three instructors we report to first."

Leena, who had just got her deck of playing cards in her hand before Ambrus sauntered into the room, "Time for a game of cards first, or do they want us to report to them right away, cap'n?"

She keeps the unopened deck in her hand, waiting to see if it best to put it back in her pocket or to start dealing.

The halfling-sized red-head's skin, which has a colour and texture which appears to be close to brass without the glean of metal, makes it impossible to tell where she hails from. The large boarding pike strapped to her back and boarding axe slung on her left hip gives the impression she is at home on the open sea.

When one is close enough to see her eyes clearly, the distinctinve pupils suggests that dragon's blood runs in her veins.

She turns towards the dwarf, "You've been cooped up in your room until now? You missed a fun brawl at a tavern on the docks last night."

Her recently split and swollen lower lip making it appear she was not merely a spectator during the brawl.

"I guess proper introductions should be offered, eh? My parents named me Leena, in honour of my elven father's sister who died when she was young."

Leena's youngest older brother pieced the mystery of his and his siblings' parentage...thanks to a trickster dragon who messed with the minds and memories of his parents and certain local villagers into not knowing that the elven husband is the biological father only to his and his wife's eldest child (though he and his wife never had (and still do not) any suspicions that he was not the bio-dad of all their children), resulting in Leena and all her siblings being bio half-siblings to each other instead of bio full-blooded siblings. He also deduced that the halfling deputy of their small sea-side village was his little sister's bio-dad, but has kept that to himself so far, since Leena killed the deputy when he had been dominated by a mind-flayer getting payback for their group defeating and slaying the offspring of the mind-flayer, ogre mage and medusa in an arena fight. What was half-suprising news to him was that his draconic mentor (to become a shadowwalking divine trickster) revealed that he is an ancestor of Leena's. Leena simply believes she is a half-elf with stunted growth, and that the changes to her appearance (skin and eyes) were gifts from the dragon that, unknown for the longest time to the group, is/are the distinct different humanoid patrons and mentors to various members of their adventuring group for years.

The axe on her left hip is not as large as shown in the HF mini (it was best fit for axe head that looks similar to a boarding axe).
