Sovereign Court

So what I'm taking from this my Beast Rider Cavalier 4 Paladin 5 (Mount Bond)'s levels wouldn't stack for the mount class feature. What if the animal is on both lists say a horse or a mammoth through Mammoth Rider PrC? If not, are there any magic items that would allow large or larger mounts to go through the infamous 5 foot wide hallway, say through teleportation or plane shifting? Please let me know asap because my Beast Rider Emissary Cavalier is level 4 and shooting for Mammoth Rider so I want to know if those 5 more levels should be Cavalier or Paladin.

P.S. I know that they're kind of repetitive but charging and killing things on the surprise round while still being the party diplomat/liar/intimidator-all-wrapped-into-one-package never gets old.

I've got a 4th level cavalier so I can draw and move as a move but only one attack per round. Can I put away a quickdraw shield (free), swing a sword 2-handed (standard and later full), and then draw my quickdraw shield (free) all in one round? I would only get an extra point or two but it would be nice. Also with quickdraw, you can be talking with someone, roll a natural 1 on diplomacy (now they're not so happy with you), draw sword (free), full attack (full), and then draw shield (free) this works great with a melee/sneaky combo to get sneak attack dice in there as well.

So that means I've been playing a cavalier almost every time I can since spring and he finally got his 9th boon sheet (I don't get to play very often) and I'm stuck with the same horse I've been trying to kill every scenario since the character's creation? I was really looking forward to finally scrapping all of those horses and start riding dinosaurs from Garund. I even had a way too long story written for him beginning to ride large beasts, getting lost, befriending an uncivilized tribe (yes I am well aware of how cliché that is), seeking redemption, and quitting the Order of the Cockatrice to create his own order using the Knight Errant mechanics. I can't believe after all those hours maybe days of closely comparing the different possible mounts that they were all medium until 7th level (I must sound like an ex synthesist/master summoner). This especially annoying to me because I had to put up with almost never using my mount and so I had been saving up money for adamantine plate to put over my brachiosaurus' tail to smash through walls. Finally, is there any way I can get a large exotic mount other than an axe beak from the Quest for Perfection trilogy before 7th level as a medium cavalier?
