GM Only: Hear the sounds of battle (DC -7)
roll + WIS + racial Lashy is going to start looking for a way down to the crater, because she is concerned about Abby. I think it's fair for this to take rounds, since Lashy can't use the rope but can move at 140ft per round.

Lashy is peppered by wooden shrapnel as a nearby tree suddenly explodes, then knocked prone as the ground itself heaves under the force of the object landing nearby. Mildly wounded, the raptor makes its way back towards its master.
Lashy is quick to follow after Snowy into the forest. GM Only:
Get Along in the Wild (DC 10)
roll + ability Lashy follows a creek to a small pond. Spotting her prey, Lashy dashes through the undergrowth unhindered, slamming into a small doe that was drinking from the pond. Her right talon latches onto the deer's neck while the other finds purchase in the deer's side, and as the deer tumbles to the ground, Lashy bites down on the deer's throat, seeking to end its struggle quickly. It's over in a moment, and Lashy begins to feed.
Lashy is disturbed by the movement, opening her eyes, taking in her surroundings, but remains lying down and otherwise does not move.
Lashy stares up at the leader. The only mouthsounds she recognizes are "good", "stay", "go", and "hunt". From proximity, she surmizes that "good" and "stay" go together, and she recognizes this as praise from the leader's tone. Lashy likes praise. She nuzzles up to the leader, and is rewarded with pets. Lashy loves pets. "Go" and "hunt" are different. Lashy knows those mouthsounds, but they are not commands. Later, maybe?
Lashy, who has taken this opportunity to take a nap, nips a bit at Snowy as he disturbs the grass by her. Once Snowy has laid down, Lashy places her head on his, nuzzling him a bit, and then returns to her nap.
