Really need to be able to choose shipping option for subscriptions. In my area, if I am only getting an AP or a Map, it would come USPS. USPS loses, damages, or delays shipments of that size 90% of the time. I never use it when I am getting just one of those Items. I had to have one order resent 4 times, which is 4 times Paizo had to cover the shipping cost.

I also got my notification. Logged in and looked at the subscription manager and also did not see my discounts. I should be a legendary Paizo Plus member, but it is showing me as Expert member. Write a SQL query to pull the data from the data base, then match on a spread sheet with the publication date, then write a query to replace with the correct data in the correct location so that it sorts correctly. Cannot offer discounts on packages or if you already own a pdf version of the item. i.e. FoundryVTT and PDF's. This should have been a deal breaker. Required functionality. Other website store fronts offer it. Can only added preorder items seven days out? Really? All of this puts a bad taste in my mouth. It puts way more work on your customers. I have my subscriptions with Paizo because I want to support Paizo directly. If I'm going to have to do the work anyway, I mite as well order form Amazon. At least I can preorder an Item as soon as it is listed on the site. I'm not getting the discount on Foundry anymore for already owning the PDF. Mite as well purchase through FoundryVTT store. I would lose my discount and free pdf's but don't really need the PDF's. I've already lost my SF/PF society scenarios unless once again I do more work to actively purchase them. If you wanted to know if people are actually using the scenarios, look at the download history. That should give you just as good of an idea as your current sales strategy. I am very frustrated, disappointed, and concerned with all of it. |
