Can a 5lv paladin with +2 greataxe use divine bond as flaming burst or haste ?
These properties are coming with divine bond but can 5 level paladin use haste ?

I'm talking with my friend that playing 6lv paladin and she was using shield wand with take 20 before boss. Is that possible ?
1)Can a divine caster use arcene wand ?
2)Can i take 20 on use magic device ?
