Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Again, I had to pay extra custom fee beside the increased shipping charges today. Now it would be cheaper if I buy the print edition in my local store and the pdf at Paizo seperately. Currently, I pay the full price for the print edition (~25$) + ~14$ for shipping + ~14$ for custom fee. This is more than 50$ for one item.
And I still receive a book in the same boxing, so I don't know why I have to pay custom fees suddenly.

So please decrease the shipping charges significantly or cancel my subscriptions if this is not possible.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Today I received the order #36608604 and hat to pay 10.03€ for customs issues additionaly to the usual shipping costs. This was the first time I had to do this. I also noticed that the shipping costs of the order #36632490 also increased to 13.23$. Is it possible to change this back to shipping costs of 5.65$ I had before?

I noticed in the email notification that the wrong product will be replaced with the order number 36301950. The notification states that the 6th volume ('Ruins of the Radiant Siege') of the Agents of Edgewatch adventure path will be replaced, but the damaged product which should be replaced as claimed in my previous post is the 5th volume of the Agents of Adgewatch adventure path (Belly of the Black Whale, it arrived soaked). So I ask you to correct this and replace 'Belly of the Black Whale' instead of 'Ruins of the Radiant Siege'.

Dear Paizo Team

on Tuesday the 1st of December, I received the 5th volume of the Agents of Edgewatch Pathfinder 2nd edition adventure path. It was soaked and in a condition that the product is not usable. I already wrote an email to the customer service but haven't received any response yet. I kindly ask you to replace the product.

There is also a shipping issue. Although I chose the option to ship all my subscriptions in one shipment, I always pay twice respectively thrice the shipping costs. I'd also like to ask you to fix this issue.
