I'm a DM that occasionally allows 3rd Party Content, and I need some help ruling on these spells, are they OP?

The Half-Dragon monk in my campaign is having mobility issues, and everyone is wondering if there is a way to apply his Monk Bonus Speed to his fly speed.

I'm the DM and I'm hoping I can get some assistance designing an enchantment for that, and a fair pricing on it.

What would the most effective magical item to put this spell in? (Providing link of spell.)

Hypothetical situation:
Casting defensively (DC: 15+spell level) while Entangled (DC: 15+spell level)?

Do the DC's stack? Or are they rolled separately? Or do you take the worst of the two?

I could definitely make an argument for it being a Heal check, but I'm not completely sure. What do you guys think?

So, I'm thinking of having a homebrew diety in my game, he'll be available for Cleric/paladin claiming, but I kinda need to know what kind of domains a god of time, history, and paradoxes would have.
Have any ideas?

There's a fragment in the Magic Armour phrasing that sounds like one can enchant a shield to have a "weapon enhancement" as well as having an "armor enhancement" so long as the cost is paid for both.
As such, would the additional cost of making a shield have +1 armor, Bashing, and +1 weapon be 4000 gp?

Here's the bit for those who want to read it.
"A shield could be built that also acted as a magic weapon, but the cost of the enhancement bonus on attack rolls would need to be added into the cost of the shield and its enhancement bonus to AC"

How would the alchemist class work with qualifying for the Brew Fleshcrafting Poison feat? And exactly what is the process of brewing them and using them?

What feats apply to Alchemist bombs and I'd like a citation of sorts please. I recently found out that Rapid Shot and the Two-Weapon Fighting tree (for the most part) work for it, and I always knew that Point Blank and Far Shot and Lob Shot worked, but what else works?

I have a PC who wants to possibly get burrow speed. He also has tremmor sense, so he can "see" the people on the surface. I know spells wouldn't work because you need Line of Effect. But how would actual attacks work? I mean, once you get just below the surface and slash, but Line of Effect is another issue... what do you guys think?

Why is the Manople in the "Light Blade' weapon group when it's tied to one's fist? IT's basically a sai stuck onto a gauntlet! Why can't Brawler's use it?
