Hopefully I'll be active enough that you don't need this, but in case I'm not, here are my general thoughts.
In social situations, Kragrak is generally reserved. He prefers to wait and listen to others before offering his perspective. In general, he advocates for peaceful solutions rather than violent ones, and is willing to go to pretty reasonable lengths to help others.
In combat, however, he does not hesitate to act. He fights primarily with his quarterstaff, casting shillelagh first if the foes look particularly dangerous. If he is disarmed, he uses his wooden fists ability to make unarmed attacks. In general, he saves faerie fire for invisible foes and entangle for encounters with many creatures.
His potions of cure light wounds are fair game to any PCs (or NPCs) in dire straits.
