Hello, my order 36263300 Pathfinder Adventure pat #162: Ruins of the Radiant Siege [Agents of Edgewatch 6 of 6] arrived Damaged. From Pages 48 to 65, they were misaligned, folded and bent and some pages were simply loose and not bound properly. i attempted to contact customer service via Email, [Dec 16, 2020] because the forum here does not appear to allow uploading of images so that i could submit images of the issue, and i was not sure if this was a one off issue or if an entire run of the order was similarly damaged. However the customer support email never got in touch after the holidays.

Hi, i still havn't gotten my Paizo Order #22060281 [Pathfinder Adventure Path #154: Siege of the Dinosaurs (Extinction Curse 4 of 6)] that was shipped out in April. i have been patient and waiting because of the covid-19 delaying deliveries and such and this is not the only order that failed to arrive. However i have had the same issue before with the package from paizo being shipped out, everything is fine until it hits the same post office and suddenly no updates on the tracking, and no delivery. Please let me know if there is any additional information that you require.

Unfortunately for the second time in a row my pathfinder adventure path has failed to arrive. i previously had an issue with AP#146 failing to arrive due to it seemingly disappearing once it arrived at the Warrendale PA post office. That missing book is being remailed, however issue #147 appears to be suffering the exact same problem. This is not only aggravating because i have to reach out to the customer service for help, but also somewhat worrying since i just backed the Kingmaker campaign that when it gets sent out that it too will just disappear.

The physical copy of my August order of the Pathfinder AP [Pathfinder Adventure Path #146: Cult of Cinders (Age of Ashes 2 of 6)] failed to arrive, and now the September issue is already being mailed off. I had delayed submitting this due to potential delays in shipping due to labor day, and then i waited an additional week as my email to customer service failed to get a response for over a week. According to the tracking number, the package was transferred to Post office, on Aug 26th, but no information on it ever leaving the post office was registered.
