I have maps made for the forgotten realms conversion and am happy to share if that's helpful.

Thanks for the map, mate! It's very nicely made - especially the Great Current! How long did it take? How did you make it?

Wow haven't been on here in a while but just got a request for the maps again so I signed on. I hand drew these then scanned them into photoshop and colored them there. I've got a great map that I made that I'm happy to share, that chronicles the trip from Sasserine to the Isle of Dread- full color and super cool. It follows the conversions as suggested here on Paizo, but it took me a while to find all the resources to put it together.

I have a copy for the players, so they can visualize where they are and what's coming up, and a marked up copy for the DM so you can track what encounter comes next.
