Physical Description:
Varisian female, 5'8", athletic build. Dusky complexion, almond eyes, and shoulder-length brown hair. Has a family/clan tattoo near her left eye and a tattoo symbolizing Sarenrae on her sword hand.

History:
Kendra Chavali grew up in Katapesh, where her father operated a shop which was part of the Sczarni Network. As a young child, her Varisian heritage was not always accepted by the Keleshite children in the neighborhood, and she was often bullied. She quickly learned to take care herself, and where the fine line was between when to fight and when to run away.

As a young teen, she started using Pesh, and soon became addicted. A Priestess of Sarenrae, who caught Kendra when she attempted to pickpocket her, took her under her wing and saved her. As she grew up, Kendra hung out at the local Temple of Sarenrae, and learned to use a scimitar from the priestess.

Her fighting style is a blending of her Keleshite homeland and her Varisian heritage. She uses a Katapesh scimitar and emulates the famed Dervish Dancers, but uses traditional Varisian dance moves.

As a devote follower of Saranrae, Kendra opposes evil where she finds it. National laws and local customs mean little to her, but she has steadfast loyalty to those who are "Family." Her loyalty to her brothers and sisters in Pathfinder Society is equal to the loyalty she has to her blood ties to her Sczarni Network . Money and personal gain are also strong motivators to her, and though she shes herself as a warrior of Saranrae, her dedication and understanding of Saranrae's teachings often are lacking.
