Keiko draws her shortbow, and tries to find a position where she can attack.

"Whoa. Green stuff? That sounds pretty disgusting. Is it some kind of monstrous ooze creature? Pretty sick," says Keiko as she enters, peering over Ruika's shoulder and standing on her toes.
"Beautiful? I just took this form 'cause I might have needed to bite someone's face," says Keiko, eyes turning momentarily towards the pugwampi. "I'm practicing with forms but I'm not good yet, I feel like I'm close to figuring something out..."
"Hum, hum. What are you saying Ruika? I'm not familiar with this, is it a reference to a story that you know? I would not mind hearing a little something," says Keiko, putting a finger up to her lips and tapping them a couple of times in thought.
Keiko follows after the others, drawing her rapier to keep it at the ready for the time being, just in case a fight breaks out.
Keiko moves up to get closer to her twin, peering past her to see what Ruika has discovered.
"What have you found?"
"Scamper was an actual cat, though. A meowy little fellow who crawled about on four legs. Not much of a pickup artist!" says Keiko, lightheartedly. "And I'm just making sure a certain fuzzy pickup artist doesn't enjoy himself too much! We've gotta keep focused here." She glances to the Pugwampi and says, "I'm not gonna hold back against anything that tries to harm me or any of you, though. If they strike first, I'm not just gonna bleed."
"Yeah, it smells like really awful down around here... I can't even imagine what kind of affront it is to your snuffler," says Keiko to Garruth as she walks.
Keiko starts walking after her sister, seeming to ignore any wounds in her feet, nodding her head a few times, "Nothing quite like a nice mending spell. I don't know that one. I know... ghost sounds. Spoooooky."
"I'll be fine with the whole feet situation, Jaykae, don't worry about it too much. Just wasn't paying attention to where I was walking and got a shard stuck up in there," says Keiko, now rising back up to her feet. "I figure if I ignore it, it'll go away."
"Yeah, that's me. Keiko. Not feeling myself at the moment, my head's a bit fuzzy, uh, I'm sure there's others I could make, but I am just gonna take a moment to pull some stuff out of my foot..." says Keiko, carefully finding a place to sit and looking after her foot wounds. Ouch, poor foot.
Keiko looks down at herself and says, "Welp, I guess I'll just keep this form for a bit... It's easier to tell me and Jaykae apart this way..." She nuzzles Jaykae back and says in a stage whisper, "Don't be tricked by that catman's wiles! He's full of wiles and hormones."
Keiko glances around and says to Jaykae, "Whoa, whoa! Don't run on this glass, your feet'll get slashed, so don't move so fast!" She starts casting a spell.
Keiko stays on the same target, giving a throaty growl for just a moment. "These things are just a big waste of arrows!"
Keiko raises an eyebrow and then takes a shot with her bow at Pugwampi 3. "Slippery little what's-its!"
"Ow ow! My feet! I need tougher shoes!" says Keiko, after absentmindedly stomping into the glass despite Garruth's warning. Seeing Corneilious in front of her, Keiko decides to make a little magic.
Keiko moves to any place that she has a clear shot at the pugwampi (pugwampi 2) she attacked earlier, firing an arrow.
"Don't get too excited, catman! I'm just taking a form that I can more easily gnaw someone's face off if it comes up!" says Keiko, raising her bow and firing an arrow at Pugwampi 2.
Anticipating combat, and since she sometimes ends up in closer range than her sister tends to, Keiko concentrates for a few moments to revert to her natural form so that even if her hands are carrying a bow, she has her teeth readied if anything gets up too close. It would be the first time she shifted among her travel companions. She raises her shortbow and follows Corneilious in. |
