I'm the gal currently working on PDFing and archiving the old back issues. :) Currently, I'm working on completing all of the Paizo era issues of both magazines, making Dungeon a first priority because it is currently in more demand. I'll probably be finished with the rest of the Paizo era Dungeons within a week or so provided that I don't have to hunt for some lost media or fix serious problems. After Dungeon is complete, I'll begin archiving the remainder of the Paizo era Dragon issues. After both Paizo era issues are PDFed in full, I will begin working backwards into the older Wizards owned issues (pre 274 Dragon, pre 82 Dungeon). Because of complicated issues with copyrights and permissions, PDFing the WOtC era issues is more complicated. All the gaps and pauses that you see in the issues will be filled in a short time. I'm aware of them and am working to make everything neat and whole. Aaaaaannnd the Greyhawk maps are indeed included in Dungeon 118-121. They are very high quality, high resolution GIANT maps. Have fun!

I don't really like it when DMs feel that they have to censor the game for the sake of the sensitivities of the female players. We dames can be just as bloodthirsty and raucous as the guys, if not more so. Give us more credit! On an aside, I got the whole "we're censoring our behavior for you, MEDDLING HUMAN FEMALE" a few times when I would play in pick up games in small cons. I often got a sense that my fellow players were holding their tongues. To break the ice in one game, I made a raunchy joke about grell, and then proceeded to kill a fang dragon all by my 'lil archer self (the DM gave me the weak female archer character "because you're a girl you'll like it"). Good times. And finally, on topic: My ex boyfriend was playing in a game I ran at Dragoncon one year, and totally flipped out when an Uvuudaum killed him because he didn't think that I would snuff his character. Oops.

Is there any place I can get this map in a printable format? I'm in Iraq and don't have access to a copier. ;_; Just as a heads up, I'm going to be uploading some new Shackled City Dungeon PDFs tomorrow (Friday). Issue #97 has a huge Cauldron poster map. ^_^
I just got back from a Miami vacation wherein I watched the show Spaced, and swam around with an annoyed looking nurse shark. There were also parrot fish, but they were boring and pecked at underwater weeds instead of doing tricks or singing like land-based parrots are like to do. I'm going to end up like Marsha in Spaced I'm completely certain.

Dear Bizarro guy, I'm thinking of dying my hair fire engine red. I'm totally 18 months ago with this shade, and I need a change. I know I can't just simply do a quick bleach job and simple perma color (sans peroxide, of course). Jumping the shade ship between charred espresso to light cabernet is serious buisiness, and I don't want to fall into the drink! The redo would surely change my overall look from a "winter" to an "autumn" or maybe even a "spring"! My question to you: How can I ease my winter color coded wardrobe into step with my new hair color, and not come out looking like a total fashion disasterpiece? For reference, I have green eyes and fair skin. Thank you, Keely

Folks on this thread should note that one of the last class acts in Dragon 359 will be all about new ways to integrate body mods into your D&D game... as written by yours truly. :) True story: Mister Sutter shaved his beard to get into the spirit of writing about body/appearance modification. He now has a +2 to girls and a +7 to saying "Wow I look different without a beard huh?" :)

The second season is great. Mantrid is one of the scariest villans I've ever seen. The way he develops from "some crazy guy" to "OH NO HE DIDNT JUST DO THAT OH NO" over the season is just great. And I'm pretty sure I might be alone in much preferring Xenia Seeberg over the white-haired generic-hot-girl-#5 who can't act in the earlier 1st season. I really adore Xenia. She's got sass and class, and disperses the burns with so much more zest than Eva. |
