Backstory:
Karn Drogar was the product of an orc raid on a small town. Although he was not the only half orc spawn from this event, the town never accepted his kind and he was cast out when he was old enough to survive on his own. He easily picked up tracking, hunting, and after another adventurer gave Karn his sword, fighting. One day, as Karn was wandering through the woods, he came upon a nest with a few egg shells from hatched animals and one larger unhatched egg of a kind he had never seen before. He took the egg back to his camp to eat in the morning and went to sleep. He woke up to the strangest sound he had ever heard and a small scaly creature standing on his chest staring at him. The creature attached itself to Karn and they became travelling companions for life, and after spending a long time together he discovered they shared a special connection including the ability to see through its eyes and the ability to alter its form. As Karn grew older he began slowly reacquainting himself with civilization, finding he thoroughly enjoyed many of the taverns he visited. If he isn't out in the wild a tavern is the best place to look for him.
