Link (Ex): A (druid) and her eidolon share a mental link allows for communication across any distance (as long as they are on the same plane). This communication is a free action, allowing the her to give orders to her eidolon at any time. In addition, magic items interfere with the summoner's connection to her eidolon. As a result, the (druid) and her eidolon share magic item slots. For example, if the (druid) is wearing a ring, her eidolon can wear no more than one ring. In case of a conflict, the items worn by the (druid) remain active, and those used by the eidolon become dormant. The eidolon must possess the appropriate appendages to utilize a magic item.

Share Spells (Ex): The (druid) may cast a spell with a target of “you” on her eidolon (as a spell with a range of touch) instead of on herself. A (druid) can cast spells on her eidolon even if the spells normally do not affect creatures of the eidolon's type (outsider). Spells cast in this way must come from the (druid) spell list. This ability does not allow the eidolon to share abilities that are not spells, even if they function like spells.

Kalsifer is a fierce warrior who battles intruders to the elemental plane of fire. He also battles with other elementals over territory and for bragging rights. He came to the material plane once by accident, and found himself alone in the desert. When Erashava found him he attempted to terrify her (but was quite terrified himself!). Her voice and knowledge of his home comforted him, while her compliments made him quite proud. When she guided him home, he offered her his services, and is always pleased when she calls on him for his aid.

Kalsifer is a muscular fire elemental, vaguely shaped into a male humanoid form. He is fierce and proud, quick to anger and quick to fight. Boastful and fearsome, he enjoys terrifying those beings ‘beneath’ him (which is everyone).

Kalsifer is incredibly possessive of Erashava. He is jealous of her interactions with others, and despises the other elementals she has bargained with, insulting them at every turn. He is prone to getting verbally aggressive with Erashava’s companions, but always stops (for a few minutes) at her request. Despite his aggressive, prickly demeanour, Kalsifer is quite fond of Erashava, and does whatever she asks of him (with great grumbling and complaints).

Kalsifer is particularly fond of Erashava admitting how much she needs him, as well as compliments on his ferocity and strength.
