Jeon Aerri belongs to a tribe of people calling themselves The Red Sun Dragons.They have made the Sierra Mountains their home for the last hundred years. Being so close to SaFraco [San Francisco] gives them great access to both the waterfront and the resources of that ancient metropolis. The tribe primarily consists of people with thin, hooded eyes and almond colored skin. The tribe Holy man and Jeon’s mentor, Daoshi Liwei, refers to their ancestors as “Occidental Asians”.

When Jeon was a child, Daoshi began teaching him the art of Tao. Daoshi could call on his ancestors to perform at levels higher than average people. To the other tribesmen it seemed to be magical the way the two could seemingly lift their spirits and do impossible things. Jeon has taken this ability and applied it to his particular trade skill.

Because of his father, Joen is also a young, but accomplished, huntsman for his tribe. He learned how to hunt and gather to bring his tribe the things they needed to survive. Fortunately the climate in the region doesn’t get too cold, and he only needs to provide a few days’ worth of food at a time when he goes out with a hunting party. After his training in the Tao, though, Joen now prefers to hunt alone for the peace of the act.

When he was young, Jeon lost his mother and older brother to a technovore stampede while they were scavenging in the metropolis. Since he was 7 it’s been a driving desire to hunt and exterminate all technovores. This was another reason why his father taught him to hunt from such a young age.

1.How does your character interact with the others within a group?
[Jeon is typically undeservingly cocky. If they don’t know him, the ladies love it, and the men hate it… If they’ve known him for more than a day, they all think he’s just an idiot overcompensating for his obvious lack of height.]
2. What is your character's role in a group?
[Ranged precision, moving into a trick shot specialist. Secondary focus on personal buffs (spells justified in similar fashion to a barbarian’s rage)

3. How is your character not as they seems? I want one or two skills that would surprise others if they found out he knows them. Also include personality traits, positive or negative, that would similarly surprise others.
[i][Though not actually a skill, Joen doesn’t really appear to be of the typical “huntsman” build that people outside his tribe expect… That large, surly, muscle bound guy with the beard for miles. He’s far shorter and more wily then that. His body type belies the kind of person that usually fills the role of ‘specialist’. His ability to enhance himself is his most surprising aspect, taking on such focus that he can operate at or above peak human abilities in at certain abilities. Joen knows how to track by the by the scent of blood, and while he hasn’t earned his hunting bow just yet, he’s practiced enough to qualify as a marksman within his tribe.]

4. What are your character's goals, conscious and, perhaps, subconscious?
[Jeon wants to hunt technovores to extinction. While this is a desire brought about by his mother and brother’s untimely deaths, his deeper subconscious desire is to achieve personal peace regarding this tragedy.]

5. How easily does your character love? Have they been in love?
[Jeon has never ACTUALLY been in love before, but he’s very giddy at the idea of finding a the woman of his dreams. He often exaggerates about how “in love” he is with girls he thinks are cute.]

6. Is your character racist at all, either now or in their past?
[While Jeon is not overtly racist, he’s got subconscious trepidations about anyone not of “Occidental Asian” heritage.]

7. All people believe something that is not true, both about the world around them and about themselves. What lies/untruths does your character believe about themselves and the world around them?
[While Jeon believes that the world is unimaginably large, he also believes that he will live long enough to travel from one edge to the other.]

8. How is your character about material possessions?
[Being trained in the Tao, Joen isn’t supposed to put much emphasis on material possessions. That doesn’t stop his adolescent brain from screaming at him when the village younglings try to take his things.]

9. What does your character perceive their major problems to be?
[Jeon wants a girlfriend, but at the same time, he says he’s “too shy” to do this… actually, he’s a bit of a loud mouth]

10. What does he perceive the solutions to those problems to be?
[He needs to “become a man” by earning his Hunting Bow]

11. What are your character's religious beliefs?
[Jeon, and his tribe believe in the Tao, that if they live a good and wholesome life they will be granted immortality. Living a wholesome life also means being repentant of your past life’s sins, and to a further extent, humbling yourself to accept what you are and are not capable of.
12. What does your character fear?
[i][Jeon is extremely fearful of technovores, the fact that he doesn’t freeze when he sees them is just a side effect of his congruent hatred of the monsters]

13. How much of a temper does your character have? What sorts of things set them off?
[Jeon only has a temper when the people he loves are directly threatened. He tends to view anything else as a joke.]
