I have a number of pathfinder battles items in my cart, but I cannot checkout. When I hit place order on the 5th screen I just get a spinning circle and nothing else happens. can you assist me?

I am looking for a program that will allow me to build a town/kingdom as described in the Ultimate Campaign book. Is there one? If not I would defiantly pay for that!! This is such an amazing feature I am excited to explore with my group and would love to see the cities as they are being created. It would be great if different terrain was offered upon which to build the cities also!! Also: do any of the pathfinder card game decks double as spell decks for the role playing game? I have seen that 5th edition D&D is selling spell decks for the various classes and this seems right in line with pathfinder and the many card deck offerings for the RPG and Card game. I also have seen "spell books" which are basically pages of card sleeves to contain the many spell cards a caster character has learned. This seems like a no brainier as one of my leas favorite things as a caster is flipping through rule books for spell blocks, or organizing them on a word document. Please, create these decks and the spell books!!! Take my money!
I received an e-mail that this shipped two weeks ago. There is no tracking and I have not received the package. Did this ship and is now lost, or was that e-mail sent prematurely? I believe I have already been charged for the items. Thanks!
Hello. Can you please cancel the two items in my side cart from order 3464763. I found some adventure paths that I would rather spend my money that I have already added to the side cart. Please leave the Kingmaker and the Carrion Crown adventures in the side cart.
Hello! I appreciate the Great Golem Sale so much!! Thank you for the opportunity to play some of the things I haven't been able to afford until this sale! On a less positive note, I accidentally acquired a copy of the Second Darkness Adventure path since placing this order. I paid more than I wanted to for it, but am unable to return it... would it be possible to return or exchange it since this order is still in pending status? The Items in question are the six adventure books for the second darkness path. Modules 13-18. I's like to cancel those from the order. I would take a refund, a store credit, or just exchange them for the Serpent Skull adventure modules, which ever option is easiest. Let me know if any option is possible, and which works bast and easiest. I do intend to make one more purchase during the sale as you may be able to see in my shopping cart. This will be made much more possible given the refund or store credit. Thanks again for such an amazing sale. I really love what the team has done with the Pathfinder game!!
