Its fine, thanks for the warning. I have to much going on to take over myself, but thanks for taking over as long as you did.

You wouldn't really have known. Jarrion just thinks everyone is half blind and mostly incompetent. After all you are just merely human. I am just rolling with it a bit, its nice having a frame work where you do not have to get along with everyone, but must work together anyhow :)

"seems like someone did not like something. Maybe there are traitors in our mist." Jarrion says, turning over things in his mind. "Enginseer Prime Sarvus, would you know of a way to locate this persons identity from the planets records? Or from those of the ship?. The Lord captain should know of this, he may have to send another team to instigate."

Did not our allies meet that ship out here?

He almost sneers at Havelocks words. Like he could not have sensed the remains of a battle. He instead responds to Saevus. "At such a distance, No Enginseer Prime Sarvus. We should however send someone to run tests upon the corpse wile well away from the ship. In case it needs destroyed from a distance."

From his own throne, Jarrion opens his human eyes as the glow from his third eye is fading. "Enginseer Prime Sarvus, I have found something" He announces. "A corpse floats not a little over 3'ooo Kilometers off the ships port side. We should send someone to retrieve it. Do you not agree?'

Once back abord the ship Jarrion orders his underlings to plot a coarse to the area the ship was last seen.

"Enginseer Prime Sarvus" He says "You are the Ranking Officer, the Throne is yours. With your leave I shall start scanning the area" He says and makes his way to his own throne, once seated he orders his underlings to obey the Enginseer Prime's orders and closes his eyes as he looks into the void with eyes mere humans could never understand.

Void water rolls:

Humm does this make me scouting in the streadfast all by my Onesies?, Not that that is a bad, thing, just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anyone.

Jarrion is headed back to the steadfast to conduct a sweep of the anchorage and the surrounding area's

"That was my thoughts as well Lord-Captain, with your leave I shall return to the Steadfast at once." Jarrion says, eager to be off this rock and back into the void, back to doing something useful.

Yep, I had void watcher in mind, 4'oook radar could prove to be useful.

"It is possible that the ship might remain within range of the planet." He says starring out the window at the lights, as they spread across the landscape like stars upon the ground.

"I could return to the ship, Start a search of the area and try to find out just what it was doing out there. I am useless upon this rock, and something such as the hunt for this ship should not be left to underlings." He says turning away from the window

"It seems you were successful Lord-captain, and the information On this ship might prove useful. A ship does not just randomly arrive in system and then just leave. Maybe we should send a crew to investigate the area"

GM:
Sorry misread the update, I was thinking that was a cue the party had started, Not sure how I missed the dance reference. Just ignore it.

Jarrion is more then happy to let someone else handle the lord captain. He'll drink his wine while watching and listening and missing the feel of a good solid ships deck under his feet and away from all these ground pounders.

"Of coarse Lord Captain" Jarrion says with a smile, but he will recall the sub she gave him. Oh yes the winds of the void drifted in many, many ways. "I do believe that is our cue, after you Lord-Captain Orleans"

Jarrion was glad to see the High Factorum. He really craved the void right now and to take his frustrations at his lack of social graces out upon some one, maybe one of the whore of maybe he would just space one of those adapts, hardly worth him training the new ones.

"As you say lord captain I am ill at ease upon the ground, without the deck platting beneath my feet. However Duty call that I be here, among both my peers and those beneath me. After all if the orks make land fall we can hardly bleed the locales dry now can we?" He says with the most charming smile he can manage.

Charm(38) 1d100 ⇒ 11

woot! at last a good roll :), maybe she wont have me shot after all.

"Well of coarse Lord-Captain he thinks of himself as the leader" He says with a Smirk "What Lord-Captain deserving of the title does not always think of themselves as the ones in charge, even if they are in the shadows as the lead" He says garbing a glass of wine from a passing tray."And not ll houses of our blood can be such...bastions of ...valor as the Magistal lines. Still we all have our uses Lord_captain , out in the void even those of us whose lines are not as well known or recalled upon holy terra have a blessed duty to uphold."

Charm(38) 1d100 ⇒ 70

For the love of the God Emperor someone shut him up

Where's your sense of Adventure?

I explained in off topic, will try and clean his sheet up today. I also have carouse and Charm but both are lower then Fel. Maybe I should be using those however.

"If I killed all who slighted me Lord Captain I would never get anyone trained." He says with a smirk "Pardon my Manners, I am Navigator Primaris Jarrion Nostravi. Currently of Casmirre Dynasty. as for why I have intruded many things Lord Captain. I am not much for such gatherings, being Dirt side makes me ill at ease and all these groundings are....well lets just say I do not enjoy the company of such long." He says with a strained smile.

" I could tell by your bearing you to are a child of the void and outside of political use my Dynasty could have with an alliance or agreement with yourself I simply crave the company of someone of similar rank who understands what is is to be of the void. Even among my peers in the Dynasty I often lack this"

Not sure how many rolls I need to make but he sucks at em :)

Fel (39) 1d100 ⇒ 50

Great idea, didn't think of that. I always forget fate points.

Reroll 1d100 ⇒ 27

Fate roll 1d10 ⇒ 1

Awesome I made that one. Thanks for reminding me :)

Jarrion takes Lord- Captain Orleans comments in stride, knowing he is ill suited for this kind of thing. But marks the comments of his leasers with diligence. How dare they laugh at him! Yes he will recall them, oh yes.

" It is true the Steadfast is a slow best, but she is not made for combat. Lord-Captain Casmirre was blessed to serve in the God- Emperor's Navy and would very much like to one day have such a fine warship as your own. But The Steadfast is far from useless in a fight, but far from the power of your own vessel."

Fel( 39) 1d100 ⇒ 96

Sweet gods I think he made it far, far worse. If he keeps talking she is likely to leave orbit :)

sorry guys, wanted to give my head a bit ol time to clear

Jarrion makes his way away from his comrades and moves toward Rogue Trader Elizabeth Orleans. Jarrion snatches a glass from a servatior as he makes his way to the Rogue trader.

"Good evening Lord- Captain Orleans.' He says with a small bow "I pray thee I am not intruding, but I find such occasions a bit off putting. So many...groundlings in such a space" he says"And I took note of your ship as we came into the system, an impressive vessel, Lord-Captain."

Fel(39) 1d100 ⇒ 46

Jarrion finds the smell of those plants discomfiting All that pollen in the air and no scrubbers, how savage he thinks to himself. He also notes the lack of Guards, now what not the time to be lax in one's display of power.

Awareness(41)1d100 ⇒ 22

Ungrateful worms Jarrion thinks as he stands behind the Lord captain They should grovel before us for coming to this backwater forsaken world. The lot of them should be dealt with, before the infection spreads He thought to himself. So far he was not impressed with the locale worms.

Jarrion, dressed in his new robes with his armor safly hidden under interjects "Lord captain,Commander Kage, I might be of some help with Lord captain Orleans. She seems more my kindred then your own. She has the air of a child of the void. I may be able to strike up conversation and help steer her more to our views."

He listens to Commander Kages's assessment of the ork's. "I agree, they will head toward this world and when they land it will never be rid of them. Best thing is to make sure they never get to the planet I would think."

Jarrion will accept the clothing and await to be fitted for his robes, but those robes will bare the mark of his station. He will of coarse choose the finest cloth available of a deep royal blue. He shall have it embroidered with the all seeing eye. The clothing may be a gift from this dirt dwellers but he will only take the finest of robes as befitting his station. He will ware his hellpistol and staff of office. These dirt dwellers shall see what a true child of the void looks like.

ready when everyone else is

Jarrion stands in the back of the room, not having much to say and feeling out of place without a ship beneath his feet.

"Captain Locke, I did not say it was the wisest move. What I said was the steadfast can not be used to hit and run with any real thought of success. I will deffer to My Lord-Captain in such manners of tactics as they are not my area of training."

He moves his head as Jarvis goes down, but seems to pay little head to the Astropaths plight "Now if I can be of assistance I shall, however'

"If I may Interject.' Jarrion says "We do not know of which plans you speak, However as my holy duty to guide the Steadfast Though the immatrum ' Leaning forward with his closed third eye pulsing ever so slowly "I can tell you she is not a vessel built for speed"

As could anyone not an ignorant dirt hugger He thinks to himself "If I may ask, just what plans have you been discussing?

The insolence and Gall of starting without the lord-Captain Jarrion fumes. That is an insult and he awaits to see how Lord-Captain Casmirre Handles it. Shooting the Lot of them as soon as he can would be except able to Jarrion.

Having nothing to say and feeling Ill at ease among the dirt dwellers he helps himself to a glass of wine.

Knowing he would be traveling Planet side Jarrion dons his Armor and weapon before his robes. He lifts his staff before heading to the lunch bay.

He gazes at the Steadfast as the Lander pulls away. Such a ponderous beast for a fight He thinks, glancing over at the other vessels Yes, those are much better for what is to come. But [i] He thinks looking at the light glimmering from the world into the void [i] They can not haul what she can and this world may be a prime asset

He leans forward "Odd such a world alone in the expanse, Still that is the goal to claim the wild voids beyond the Emperors light. There might be much profit to be had here, would you not agree Seneschal Havelock?'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once greeted Jarrion says nothing as the underling escorts them to Governor Kapak

Jarrion allows his gaze to sweep over the assembled ships Shameful He thinks to himself Complete disarray, this is just going to make the task of Manuring a ship this size even worse
No matter, he stands and looks over the Initiates work, it would be a shame to have to space one for incompetent navigation. After all he almost had them broke into something useable.

Jarrion does not sleep much, someone must gide the ship and he is not about the leave the fate of it in the hands of those incompetent Initiates.

The dreams are far from the first warp sent nightmares he has had, and are sure to be far from the last. Still they leave him tired and worn upon awakening after the few hours of rest he does catch.

Jarrion thinks for a moment " No Lord Captain" He says shacking his head "I do not, I shall consult the navigation charts my Lord" He says with a bow, heading toward the navigation table. "You Initiate, bring me the charts we have a planet to find" he says, paying no heed as his underling moves to carry out his command.

Jarrion sits within his chamber, the lights low starring at the sleeping whore in his bed. He wasn't really seeing her, she was a mere diversion from his duty. Yes that duty found him here on this Oversized barge, it was an impressive vessel but one difficult to maneuver.

Yes, his duty to his House brought him here, sadly the House Nostravi seems to have backed the wrong Dynasty yet again. Still something might be salvaged, if this new Lord-Captain was successful. Maybe he would put someone of Jarrions skill to use, The Emperor alone knows his Underlings were far from competent.

He heard the summons, but ignored it for a moment, lost in his own thoughts. But at last he stands and dresses himself, taking pride in his robes. Yes he may be stuck with this weak house for now, but they can grow, he was one of the blessed, he would see to it.

As he leaves he motions to his Guard,"When she awakes, find me another, she bores me" he says as he makes his way to the train his staff clanking upon the deck.

He sits in silence as he rides toward the bridge, taking in the vastness of the vessel. Upon reaching the brides, he first checks in with his Navigators. Seeing they seemed to be acting somewhat competent he turns his attenuation toward the center and the assembled group around the table.

"Forgive me for my tardiness Lord-Capetian I was otherwise engaged."

Jarrion also gives a -2 PF

Here is Jarrion, got to finish him a bit later.
