Can you use the total defense action while you are already grappled?

If someone greases a weapon and the opponent makes his initial save, does he still roll every round that he tries to use his weapon?

Can you use Ustalavic Noble trait in society? It is found in the Inner Sea Primer.

Just a quick question about being flat footed. If you act during a surprise round are you still considered flat footed until your first turn in regular combat round?
