Hello this will be my second attempt at contacting you guys this week and maybe just maybe I will actually recieve a response this time. I am having a problem with your companies choice of shipping product. I don't know what the problem is, but I am not recieving any of my books. I am sure if you take one look at my "pending" orders, you will see just how immense it has become. I thought I knew what I could do to fix it. I changed my shipping address on my account. Did this work you ask? No. It was still shipped to my EXACT SAME ADDRESS. I made a thread about it and recieved a response. And I quote

It looks like the preferred address for your subscriptions had not been updated, which is why it kept using the other address. You can normally do that on the My Subscriptions page. I have gone ahead and changed that this time.
Replacements for order 4902222 have been added to order 5115351 and you should get an updated order confirmation email for that soon.

I thought THIS TIME it would be fixed. No no no no no. You guys suspend my account. I made ANOTHER thread asking why this happened and am curious how I can fix this. I need these books that I payed for. Instead my thread was ignored and I am standing here twiddling my thumbs. I will always love and play pathfinder as I enjoy the game and its entirety, but after this war for the crown AP ends, I will never subscribe to your company again. This is absolutely ludicrous that this is even an issue. It's not even the holidays. I hope to hear back from you, but I won't hold my breath.
