About Jace Knives

Jace was born in the mainly human city of Akleta where he lived with his human father, Elvin mother and younger sister Lillian. He led a normal life until one day he came upon his sister being attacked by some drunks. Jace immediately ran to the aid of his sister. During the struggle one of the men pulled a knife and tried to stab Jace, this ended badly for the men. When the fight was over he stood holding a bloody knife. Jace realizing what had happen and what would follow if he stayed. He brought his shaken sister home then fled to Coran.

In Coran, Jace got by petty theft and some illegal odd jobs . He started to disguise himself to avoid drawing suspicion. Eventually he began stepping up his crimes to test his improving skills. One day after a job a man named Vaek contacted him to join the thieves guild and having nothing and no where else to go joined. he began training further and as he started making good money he sent some to his sister who with his help now works as a contact and fence for him and some guild members. He specializes in information gathering and sabotage, but has been known to take assassinations of targets he deems deserve death. He hasnt had contact with his parents since he ran and as his sister told him their father has disowned him for his actions.

Jace stands about 6’3 and has short brown hair and blue eyes he is considered handsome by most. He sometimes disguises his Elvin features to throw off others to his real identity.

Jace's purpose in the guild seems more for increasing his skills and testing them than anything else. He himself hasent really found a reason besides the amusment it gives him. He greatly fears that his sister will get in some sort of danger and often been know to be too protective of her. Only close friends know his relation to his sister to others she appears to be just a trusted fence for him.
