I just went on a tear downloading Miguel Regodon's artwork and I was wondering if anyone knew where to find this one full-size without the watermark?

In lieu of a link, I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me which product it appeared in? I assume it's a Paizo product.

P.S., his work is beautiful, keep hiring him Paizo. And tell him to paint some handsome young heroes to go with all those beautiful young heroines. Enough old/evil fellas already.

Hi folks.

I was wondering, is there a rule in the PF SRD like in D&D 3.x where cross-class skills go up one half point for every skill point you spend? If so, can I get a link? I couldn't find it anywhere. I'm pretty sure it's not in the low-frills version of the SRD I downloaded.

Assuming it's not in the SRD, does anyone know what else is missing, rules-wise? And if there is stuff missing, is any of it missing on purpose like with the D&D 3.x SRD?
