So a player in my game tonight cast Emergency Force Sphere in response to an enemy casting Mass Hold Person. One player argued that because the caster can still see the target, he can still target him. The other side was that Emergency Force Sphere would block Line of Effect, meaning they wouldn't be targetable, even though there is Line of Sight.
