Remaster iconic character sheets product is missing from the store. Any link I could find online (from official Reddit postings to forum discussions) just loads the new store homepage

How do we know which cards the alignment arrows point to? The alignments listed on the back are different on each card. Also, the scroll/heart tables only go up to 6, but you can get up to 9 of them from three cards (each has 1-3). Are we not supposed to count scrolls/hearts from all three cards?

I only have the digital copy, but I played around with it for a little bit. For the 3 face down cards, you place them in such a way where you place the face-up card on top of them, allowing the arrows to point to the alignments listed on the cards.

In other words, take your face-up card. Then take a face-down card & place it behind. Pulling it out the left, right, or bottom side to reveal the relevant information about the character. You do this 2 more times (3 in total) for all 3 sides. What ends up happening is the left card does not show its hearts (don't count those), the right card does not show its scrolls (don't count those), & the bottom card shows both. (count both)

If I'm reading the bottom card correctly, whenever it talks about the "secret", you use the same card (the bottom card).

Bestiary 2 question: the Spark Bat has an ability called Arc Lightning which it can use to get around, but there's no action glyph in its description. What is it supposed to be?

They post how far behind they are with emails as comments on this post. Their latest posts say they are still processing emails from the end of August/beginning of September.

It seems that they will respond here on the forums first (and that post I linked confirms they work faster with forum posts), but it still might take some time. I posted a complaint about Focus Spell Cards a few days ago and am still waiting for a response.

Plus the forum says they won't be working November 26th and 27th because of Thanksgiving.

I recently bought the digital version of spell cards for focus spells off the Paizo store, but it includes only the card backs for the bard and cleric. Watched some unboxing videos and reviews and the physical version has a card back for every class that has focus spells (on the back of their corresponding spells).

Is this a known issue? I sent an email to their customer service, but I've heard they're behind a few months so if anyone can help here that would be great.
