Physical Description
Like any typical Kushan, Izsha has dark skin and hair, although her eyes are a cold blue, a side effect of years of elchemical testing and treatment. Her long, straight hair is bound in a single braid, and usually conceiled under a blue veil. She wears an elaborate saree in typical kushan fashion, although with belts holding ingredient pouches, vials and a thick, leather-bound book, the appearance of the dress isn't nearly as ceremonial as it could be.
Personality
Izsha's goal is to use her abilities to heal to help people. She was never interested in the empire's conquest of midland and to her the people of Midland are human beings just as much as those of Kushan.
She is even-tempered and thoughtful, almost motherly to those she grows to care about. As dedicated as she might be to saving people, Izsha is not a warrior, and stays away from fights. If left wth no other choice, she may employ a volatile mixture of alchemical reagents she once devised in a desparate spot, but in any other case mortal combat is a daunting and terrifying prospect to her.
Izsha wanders Midland, trying to help where she can. Ultimately she hopes to improve life for all people one day with her research into the alchemical process and medicine.
BACKSTORY.:
Before she was drafted into the legion, Izsha enjoyed a high education in medicine. Thanks to the wealth of her family, she had access to some of the most accomplished apothecaries and alchemists to learn from. She spent her early years honing her craft in the creation of alchemical and mundane remedies and studying the magic of the chakras, the body, nature and herbs.
When the Kushan invasionforce set out for Midland, Izsha's skills attracted the attention of one of Ganishka's generals. She was pulled into the Legion's service and forced to march on the lands of the Holy See alongside them.
When Ganishka achieved his Shiva form, Izsha was fortunate to be with a contingent scouting more remote reaches of Midland, far away from the cataclysmic event that destroyed most of the Kushan army. When news reached them of Ganishka's defeat at the hand of the White Hawk, the scouting contingent deserted and scattered, leaving Izsha a lone foreigner far from home.
She spent the next few weeks surviving by offering her healing skills to whoever would be open-minded or desperate enough to trust their health into a Kushan's hand, or those who were ignorant of her origin.
