Times of Day

Functionally each day is split into six 4 hour shifts for the purpose of rest, crafting, etc. which I'm loosely grouping as morning, afternoon, and night. In my posts I'll be using the following indicators for what time of day it is.

Dawn: Start of the "morning" 8 hours.
Morning: First 4 hours of morning.
Day: Second 4 hours of morning.
Midday: Start of the "afternoon" 8 hours.
Afternoon: First 4 hours of the "afternoon" 8 hours.
Evening: Last 4 hours of "afternoon" shift.
Dusk: Start of the "night" 8 hours.
Night: First 4 hours of night.
Late Night: Second 4 hours of night.

Encounters Completed:

The Bubble Pops - Bastion is left behind to explore the world.
In the Golden Mist - Bergmann Klaus is healed and leads Vernalis to his village.
Collapsed Mine - Aid is given to the miners in retrieving and sorting their strange ore.
The Taxman - A brief discussion with Taxman B4, who collects all the ore and a small group of villagers as tax payment, and a cursory examination of the civil servant's autobulation.

A Weird Encounter - A weirdling is engaged in conversation before Vernalis sense malice in the creature's intent and defends himself; the weirdling, badly damaged, flees into the mist.
Harvester Wreck - Vernalis successfully avoide a lethal threshing and discovers the results of a collision between harvester autobulations. He finds and activates a strange device, which then carries him to the city of Aerugo.
The Last Laugh - An upset man and woman are engaged in conversation before they are removed by Merrymakers for not having fun; Vernalis learns more of the laws of Aerugo.
