When I ordered 4254123, I choose to ship with the next monthly shipment. I just got the email for the shipping of 4280675 and the CDs from 4254123 was not included. I was wondering if you guys could combine the orders, or if I was going to have to wait until the May shipment before I can get 4254123.

On Feb 10th, I placed an order, 3307604, for a number of items. It included some pre-order items. I was hoping that it was in time for the instock items to make it with the February Monthly Subscription. Unfortunately, I guess I did not make it in time. This week the March emails went out, and the items in the order were not included. If I check "My Order History" it looks like the order is split up into 5 packages, all going out with the March Subscription. However, if I check "My Subscriptions" it looks like the full order has been put off to the April Monthly Subscription Order.

Can you guys help please?

I just got the email today for a pending transaction for my monthly shipment (3265643). So, being reminded that I do want to buy everything Paizo makes, I went on Paizo.com and placed an order today for more stuff(3255552). I selected shipment with monthly subscription. Will they ship together at this point? If not, I would like to change the shipment method on my 3255552 order to as soon as possible.

Would it be easier to just make it a separate shipment? or Are they just not available anymore? If so could you remove them from the list?

Outstanding shipping this month. I've had some quibbles in the past, so I felt it was only right to remark on the extra effort you guys put into this last shipment. The hardcover book came with corner protectors. Each of the paperback modules, comics and supplements were in cardboard envelopes. Again, thanks it is very much appreciated.

You guys have been pretty quick on sending me orders in the past. This one seems hung up a bit. Did I get something that is on backorder or delaying this order from being processed? If so, could we split that item off?
