I'm not interested in Paizo's business model, so I'll just reflect on my personal experience as GM and player.
Session length: 9/10 scenarios published so far have to be rushed to complete in 4 hours, which is particularly inconvenient in stores and cons where you only have so much time. It sounds to me like we'll finally have time to actually role-play, which I certainly don't mind.
Statblocks: if they are on AoN, leave them there. Less paper I need to carry the better. Searching an entry on AoN takes seconds, not like an unacceptable amount of extra preparing time.
Level range: this I'm skeptical; with the random nature of society play, it could make planning harder, especially convention planning. It probably does make writing easier, and eliminates the whole adjustments system, but I'm still not convinced of the trade-off. Getting players, after all, is the biggest challenge. We'll have to see.
