About Horatio Burns

Horatio Burns is a sophisticated individual who grew up in a life of luxury in the nation of Ustalav. At a young age he became an apprentice to a well known alchemist and learned much of his trade from him. However his master had a slight dispute with a few individuals from the Technic League over the acquisition of a few curious vials. That dispute left his master dead and Horatio looking for a new job. While traveling the land of endless sun and sand Horatio found a group of like minded individuals in the Pathfinders. He is constantly looking for new sources of ingredients that might just unlock a new insight or discovery.
