About --Heimdallr--

Background:
Within the majestic and treacherous peaks of the Razerback Mountains, Heimdallr, as well as his tribe, dwell within homes that they have carved out high in the face of cliffs only accessible to those with the ability to fly. The tribe call themselves the Dovalka, and for as long as they have kept history they have lived in their homes cut into the cliffs very rarely ever visited by outsiders. While rare, the Dovalka enjoyed receiving visitors as it gave them a chance to learn about the outside world. It never really occurred to them, though, that they might be better off going out to the other races to learn about them. But to the Dovalka their home was where the flock was, and why would they ever want to leave the flock? Heimdallr, a student of a potion master and pack keeper, wise among the Dovalka, completed his training in his given profession only to be sent out on a task deemed of great importance. No longer receiving visitors made the Dovalka a little upset as they really liked it when outsiders came to visit. When Heimdallr was given this task, it took almost as long for Heimdallr to be convinced that this was a good idea as it was for the Dovalka with great knowledge had come to the realization that sending someone out was even an option. When he finally set out, Heimdallr sought out the last visitor to come to the Dovalka, a Kobold who lived in a small village near the foot of the mountain range. Heimdallr stayed with the kobold for a couple months, before setting out for other lands.

Basic appearance and description:

You see an 8 foot tall semiplume feathered man who appears more dragon, or even birdlike, than man. His feet look like that of a large bird, including equally large talons dulled from some serious use. A long tail with a fan like array of flight feathers arranged ventrally along its length ends in a cluster that remind you of the tail of any other bird while it is on the ground, and also seem to work in the same manner as said tail. Of the plumage you can see, it appears bright gold for most of what you see, with patches of a deep brass color all over him. Typical to what you have seen so far, his fingers are tipped with large claws that look to be very sharp. His head certainly gives no falsehood about his heritage, on this mans shoulders rest the head of what you would expect to only see while facing a gold dragon, but there is no illusion to be dispelled here, this is real. And on his head is a crest of brightly colored feathers tied to strips of some type of wood that has been woven and laced around and between his horns with other feathers dangling loosely from leather strips attached to the wood and the horns themselves.
