About Harktom the Sturdy

Background:
Harktom the Sturdy is a rather large Half Orc who doesn't know much about himself but does know how to do magic. He's quite lucky to have survived that discovery although he hardly realizes that. The price he pays for his arcane skills is quite hefty, especially for a Half Orc. While Half Orcs aren't very common, Half Orcs that lack in strenght like Harktom does, are hardly ever heard of. Surviving his youngest years is probably the greatest thing Harktom will ever achieve, although.....

Besides being quite weak in strenght and none too bright, he does know how to keep himself alive, either by intimidating others or (rarely) by his charm. Harktom doesn't have any living relatives that he's aware of, the ones who raised him (uncles and aunts) have all disappeared from his life which has left him somewhat traumatized. Traumatized in a way that's quite the opposite of what you'd expect.

Harktom's magical skills lie mostly in the necromantic part of the arcane powers. He's got a knack for dealing with both death and undeath. Killing comes easily and he's learned that after death there's more in this world if he's around.
