Not any time soon. Certainly not before we increase the size of the editorial pit by 150%.

O_o

Sign me up, I always wanted to work in a pit.

The pit is full of Jell-O. Does that make you more or less interested?

More.

I don't know about anyone else but I got an e-mail today saying they would be shipping PF 5 and 6 together in about a week.

They celebrate the day they ate Baby Jesus. Well, they say they ate Baby Jesus. If you ask me, it was just some random baby they found in a cradle somewhere. Cheating little bastards.

I hear they have that ritual where their high priest christens some kid "Jesus" - and their holy water is barbeque sauce.

The Pope is handing out goblin bane swords as we speak.

That was too funny.

As for what to submit, I can’t talk about a lot of our themes but every year you can bet that we’re going to have a horror issue, a magic issue, and starting next year, a campaign classics issue. I only wish I had ecologies for all those slotted out. Ho hum.

Ah, subtlety at its finest.

I liked the new format for the ecology article. That combined with the Bazaar of the Bizare article make for many good ideas to be dropped into a campaign. All the magic items were good, particularly the fish and the egg staff. Interesting concepts that worked well with the Lizardmen.

If anyone is looking for ideas for ecology articles, hook horrors and cloakers could do well for the magic theme.

I prefer class acts the way it is. If someone wants to write an article that is more in depth, it can either be split over multiple issues (like the Tokens of Faith articles) or expanded into something that can stand alone from the class acts section. I personally liked the Campaign Component articles, which could be another way of including non-core class (unless they've been axed entirely). Having one page for an idea for the core classes is great. Aside from the background ones (which aren't as useful to me), I've seen a lot of potential amongst the articles.

The only way other base classes might find their way into the section is with baby steps. The inclusion of the article for the commoner, which I found amusing, may be a step in that direction. If any other base classes are gonna be showing up in the class acts section, I'd be betting on the ninja. Simply because it showed up in the pages of Dragon and may be more accessible to more people than any of the Complete... books may be.
