Liberty's Edge

Thanks for the replies folks!

I think I may go with Rise of the Runelords instead of the newest AP. If I get my family group togather, it will include newer players. The Runlords from the introductory text seems more like a "default" campaign more fitting for my players then some of the other PAs.

Liberty's Edge

I'm a newb to Pathfinder (but began D&D w/the little box of books). I'm already sold on the new RPG book coming out next month. All of the material is a bit overwhelming (so much of it!) and I have a few quick questions:

I was a semi-fan of 3.5 D&D that thought the latest Star Wars d20 was a good step forward. I didn't like the overall changes in 4e. So I think I will like Pathfinder?

I love the idea of the Pathfinder Adventure Paths. But, will I have to do some tweaking to use them with the new book coming out next month? Will there be new versions of the old Adventure Paths coming out updated for the new rulebook? If not, are there new Adventure Paths coming out soon for the new rulebook?

Thanks and hello.
