Hello friends. Can someone plz explain to me the difference between spell lvl and caster lvl ?
I readed the book and cant tell when to use the caster lvl ! Why there is a caster lvl, what does it do practcly ? Can show me an example ??

I am at the "Spells" part on the core rulebook and unfortunelly my mother language is not English, so im having a problem to understand this Technomancer Spell "Probability Prediction".
To me it doesnt make sense if you have to choose to reroll the dice before you learn the result of the first dice. Where is the advantage on that ?
