Convincing Attitude (2/day) Roll twice when making a Bluff or Diplomacy check and take the better roll. If you fail a bluff by 5 or more, you don't take penalties for trying to lie again, and if you fail a diplomacy by 5 or more their attitude does not decrease.
Urbanite Members of this race gain a +2 racial bonus on Diplomacy checks made to gather information and Sense Motive checks made to get a hunch about a social situation.
Bond to the City Members of this race gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC when in urban environments.
Hatred Members of this race gain a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls against high class humans.
Streetwise Members of this race gain Street Smarts and Underworld Connections as bonus feats.
Finesse Training At 1st level, a rogue gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat. In addition, starting at 3rd level, she can select any one type of weapon that can be used with Weapon Finesse to get Dex to damage. The rogue can select a second weapon at 11th level.

Combat Advisor If a consigliere misses with a melee attack against an opponent, he can designate an ally within 30 feet of the target to receive a +2 insight bonus on her next attack roll against that opponent before the consigliere’s next turn.
Field Boss At 10th level, as a standard action, a consigliere can grant a teamwork feat to all allies within 30 feet who can see and hear her. This teamwork feat must be one the consigliere knows. Allies retain the use of this feat for 3 rounds plus 1 round for every 2 rogue levels the consigliere has. Allies do not need to meet the prerequisites of this teamwork feat.
