Rageshaper - Devastating Form (Su)

A rageshaper can remain in his devastating form for a number of rounds per day equal to his shifter level.

Pardon me? Spend a full round action, then next turn leave it at level 1? This seems the opposite of fun. Seeing as all the Rageshapers class abilities function off this ability it is CRIMINAL it doesn't have the same duration / uses as barbarian rage. I was excited by this goofy archetype until I read this line that just cripples it for no good reason.

That one is easy.

There are no feats in that section.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!

Sadly, slayer isn't on the list up there, or I'd be looking forward to seeing if they get one. At the very least, I hope that they finally got a method of using Weapon Finesse with their sabres... that's been a long time coming.

Slayer is a natural fit, and I'm playing a slayer /RMA prestige right now, however with the list presented, I'm guess ranger, rogue, or hopefully, Swashbuckler. Swashbuckler would give out that finesseable sabres treatment rather well.

yeah large size vermin, just need a spider and a mantis

Looks great.

Red Mantis Assassins?

Say what?!

No Red Mantis in Deadly Foes.

Worst thing I've read all day. Please bust them out soon, both sexes and a rare of Chivane.

And a Grippli, I can't even find a Grippli in metal.

Shocker lizards. I can't believe no one's ever made a shocker lizard. Talk about a great common!
A well-sculpted, well-painted dryad would be great, maybe using the art from the 2nd Kingmaker adventure. The new dryad from WotC is an embarrassment, and the old Black Woods Dryad was not what most people think of when they think "dryad".
Again, by all means, more plants. This is the least well-represented class of creatures in pre-paints.
Urdefhans and morlocks. They're a major feature of Serpent's Skull, and they're totally unrepresented in minis.
The soul eater from Kingmaker 3 could be cool.
Ratfolk and grippli. Kitsune. They'd all be very popular.
How about Blackjack? You already have a sculpt with Reaper, right? Plague doctors? Please, please, pretty please, Red Mantis Assassins? Maybe a summonable giant red praying mantis to go with them? (You could then do a green one as a promo, or vice versa.)
A gypsy with a harrow deck could be cool. Especially if could serve plausibly for a harrower as well.
I'd still like to see a PF male drider as well, since they have a different look than old D&D driders.
And thanks as always for asking what we'd like! :-)

More I look at it the more I love this post.

I would suggest Red Mantis Assassin (both male and female) and Grippli Hunter and Swordsman, but I assume they are already in this set and are being previewed next week.

And Cleanthes is right, tracking down the old D&D mini large sized Giant Mantis is awfully hard, would enjoy a new one. Giant Vermin as a whole are woefully represented considering how often they crop up.

Deific Obedience Achekek: Sentinel 3/day

Assassin 1st
Rogue 1st
Brawler - Snakebite striker- 1st
Inner Sea Pirate 1st
Grey Gardener 1st
Master Spy 1st
Pain Taster 2nd
Sleepless Detective 1st
Red Mantis Assassin 1st

Off the top of my head, classes that give it at level 1 or 2

Vivisectionist and rogue don't increase your rate, just stack for determining rate.

Minis look great, no Red Mantis Assassin in the set and it will be a disappointment however!

Behold! Answers! Many thanks!

Have a witch in the party hex you with misfortune, fail the save. Boom double the d20's!

Simple is good.

Did Tyrant retain Aura of Cowardice?

Does the book address just evangelist/exalted/sentinel or does it talk about other prestige classes dedicated to the god (example, Red Mantis Assassin)?

Second Zura, she all that and a cannibal god too boot.

The few places in Vancouver you can pick up kisw make me wish we had a station like it.

General Spoon this is the most blatant case of fraudulent advertising since my suite against the film the Never-Ending Story.

Rationalize it as "Cheliax is the last true bastion of evil in the area" and it needs to exist to serve the balance

What we glean from this, Chris works way too late.

This is the worst thing in the history of the infinite universes.

A wizard did it.

Hopefully the future swearings and the like don't interfere with characters that are part of strict organizations already, like Red Mantis Assassins.

The Farmer holding a Pig from the old D&D minis set is by far the most sought after mini in my area. I've seen 20 exchange hands at once.

Red Mantis Assassin. HOW IS THIS NOT MADE??

Grippli. None exist, anywhere. Not even reaper.

Gripplis

First adventure path to put a goofy smile on my face since Rasputin Must Die!

spirit guide oracle gets life shaman channel at 3rd dont they?

Thanks, the appraise rule was exactly what I was looking for.

I'm currently in a throwback campaign where we made 3 fighters and a rogue, very Conan vibe. There is one issue I'm trying to overcome: how do we find out if something is magical without detect magic and the like? We found a ring last session just because I put it on, then took it off and it fit the other guys finger just perfectly (resizing), but if we stumble across, say, a magical bone, is here any obscure knowledges or skills to notice? Before it comes up DM outlawed rogue talent minor magic.

Strength: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 3) = 7
Dexterity: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 1) = 12
Constitution: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 4) = 13
Intelligence: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 3) = 12
Wisdom: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 4) = 15
Charisma: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 6) = 13

Not a bad Shaman/Cleric. Just not going to be meleeing anything.

Is the argument here "monks can't threaten at 5' and 10', because it might make them good."?

I've run 3 adventure paths, each took 16 months.

Buddies homebrew campaign went on for 8 years.

Other buddies campaigns go 2-3 years.

Yes, Greatsword monkeys.
That's small potatoes, call me when there's a monkey musketeer firing squad.

Flavor wise, a half elf may certainly have worshiped Aroden, and could have chosen not to cast/and or changed spells since his death. Starting at 1st level as cleric then going into cavalier might be fun for you, hoarding your first level spells, your only connection to a dead/missing god. Bear in mind he went off the grid 108 years ago.

I see slayer as a more amusing spell-less combatant. It has more skills than a fighter, less nature ties pigeon-holing it than a ranger, and less weird rage mechanics than a barbarian. If you want a guy to pilot around and be useful while still being just a guy, then Slayer is right up there.

Take a look at the Master Spy prestige class. Maybe send 6-10 of them to harass the PC's

Look here.

Druid.

Around level 10 our DM said "ah heck i didn't put some treasure here, heck you can roll"

Snatching up my dice I threw "100!"

"Uh, wondrous item"

"100!"

"Uh, major one?"

"99!"

"No"

No Mirror of Mental Prowess for me :(

This was the first and only time loot got rolled .
