Ah crazy hand and a lazy eye!
A well at least its better then Seoni's crazy leg on the Campaign Setting Cover.

Still, I love the art!

Silver Crusade

Yeah I miss the Vancaskerkin's, great Carmine's they were.

Silver Crusade

Well that sample chapter is surely well written, looking forward to the entire thing.

Not too big a fan of the cover art alas.

Sigh...still no news huh?

I am starting to get worried...

I am not sure the Paizo staff still checks on this part of the boards,

but I would really like to know what has happened to Tony and the comics, they both rocked so hard.

I also miss the quirky dice game Tony designed and put on the site, it was great and I really want to play it again!

Silver Crusade

Looking forward to Paizo's take on good old dwarves!

If you know, dwarves tend to have a rigid caste system with nobility living in the nice stone carved out places and the commoners of dwarvenkind living in ramshackle tents and shelters in deemed to be useless tunnels in dwarven underground cities that would be awesome!

If dwarves would happen to have some of the most nefarious crime lords and indebted slavery through ones forefathers that would be even more awesome!

Oh! Oh and long flowing fields of barley surrounding the cities with dwarves carrying stacks of said barley ten times the size of themselves (make that not slowed down while carrying a heavy load count guys!), and a list of dwarven ales!

And info on steins, we need info on steins so bad!

edit: and I noticed some dwarven things have German and Dutch sounding names, or where that Duergar?

Silver Crusade

I was very happy to both receive my Pathfinder 20 and 21 very quickly indeed!
But alas the first installment of the new Adventure Path has eluded my mail box still!

So here I am.

Hi Gijs!

Sorry that it took so long for us to get back to you! Your Pathfinder #2 was shipped to you, but yesterday was near the end of your shipping estimate. To be safe, I've set Pathfinder #2 to ship with Volume #4, but it is still very possible that your copy will still arrive. If it does, please let us know as soon as possible!

As for Pathfinder #3, it was shipped on November 5th via Pathfinder Standard Shipping. Items shipped this way take an estimated 9-36 business days to arrive, not counting holidays, postal delays or customs delays. We are on business day 14, so it is a little early to worry about your copy being lost.

No need to be sorry! You guys rock too much to be sorry!

I did receive my Pathfinder 3 today! :D
So my hopes for #2 are quite low.

Silver Crusade

I still have not received pathfinder 2.

So here I am.

Silver Crusade

SO yeah, Hostel, Saw etc..

DID anyone watch August Underground?
Did you Nick?

Yeh well tbat one holds no info that is relevant to lets say, my interests.

Silver Crusade

Hi there, Cosmo?
Since for some reason I just cant seem to get an e-mail send to your customer service. I thought I posted it here.
Pathfinder #2 never made it to my home.
And I am not sure of #3, maybe its just stuck somewhere but since I got #1 in a week's time, I got kind of worried.
Also how long should we International subscribers wait to ring the bell of a Pathfinder not arriving? 3 weeks?
Thanks in advance!

I second this question.
how long, in general we, international subscribers, should await until let you know about our deliverys not reaching the far far away kingdoms where we live?

I third this question.

Silver Crusade

Thanks for answering.
And the options is back again!

Nah just wait a little bit, I think those Paizo people have got weekends too.

Silver Crusade

Honestly Nick feed us your true fantasies.
Maybe some adult login section on the boards? Another place?
I mean come on, I have seen the internet.
I read De Sade for good laughs.
I have even had me some /b/.

Silver Crusade

O my, and I am still waiting for #2...
Thine dang Britfags!

yup - when loggd into the account your subscriptions are connected to, click on "my subscriptions" in the upper right, this will let you decide shipping options and if you have more than one subscription, how you would like them shipped

I do remember being able to do that once.

But the only things I can change there are my Billing and Adress options.

Silver Crusade

Is it possible to review the available Shipping options for your Pathfinder's and change from Standardshipping to Priority or to SuperMegasShipping or the like?

Anyone has got any idea of what the Greyhawk City Militia usually carries around in the form of weapons and gear?
Are they chain shirt wearing Halberd wielding?
Or what?

In before: do it yourself.
I am looking for official or semi-official sources here!

Silver Crusade

Does he have a name yet?
Twould be quite the idea to make a design-a-name contest would it not?

Silver Crusade

On the Road - Jack Kerouac
The Scar - China Mieville (3rd time)
Baltimore, or the Steadfast Tin Soldier and the Vampire - Mike Mignola and Christopher Golden (quite nice!)

First of all: this is a great thread. It really is!

What I have seen from 4.0 so far does not pique my interests at all.
Wotc seem to be moving for a 'core' edition that does not feel 'core' to me.
Classic Greyhawk and "heck" even the Realms, thats what I would define as "core" Dnd. Gnomes, elves, angry orcs. Throw in a twist. Stir with a bone.
4.o seems to be aimed at another audience.
And it seems to be another game.
But we cant be too sure about that.

Anyway.
Paizo, stick with 3.5, and I am with you.
Create a 3.75 "Pathfinder-RPG" and I will worship you, for you will have granted me a wish.
Get 4.o...
I am not too sure, see, its too early to really tell.
Judging by what I have seen so far: screw wotc, screw 4.0. Paizo: keep on making True-Dnd. Create your own branded RPG, make the old-timers happy. Keep doing this untill all old-timers are dead, 3.5 and 3,75 long forgotten. And create something for whatever edition of current world popular open gaming license RPG piques your interest.

Silver Crusade

i had a cleric, ended up being level 21.

Honestly cleric's are devestating, especially on higher levels, they out damage everyone, and can be nigh invincible, also they are dang versatile.

Divine power/might/strength?
Greater Visage of the Deity (complete divine, spell compendium)
Add power attack with that.
And cast some spells on your weapon.
Oh and yeah, use a two handed weapon and a animated shield.

Oh ah take that one feat that lets you quicken spells for some turn undead uses.
Take leadership.

Really my character did around 300-600 damage a round, with melee attack.
Could follow up with a swift heal or damage spell or what have you.

yeah i did it all and made my DM's carefully crafted villains biting the dust, his epic encounters were naught to hit me.
Also my fellow PC's hated my gut for stealing their screen time, killing all, finding all the secrets and knowing it all.
Yeah it was fun playing the high level cleric, for a time.
But I will never do it again.
It was not very fun being that all powerfull, I really needed little help from the others, also it was a hell of load of paperwork making the guywork.

Alas.

Silver Crusade

Small card sets that are tied to particular monster type's/race's.

Aberation's Items not made for normal hands to use, organic contraptions, small statuetes from the deep briny seas, things men was not meant to SEE! Strange takes on normal items.

Silver Crusade

Yeah if I were on the right track..
makes you wonder how they will do Gnomes and Giants with their +4 innate dodge to giants ey?
Mayhaps they were giants themselves somewhere sometime?

Well I for one think Pathfinder's elves might be quite interesting thanks to... Pathfinder's Ghouls!

Those Wayne Reynold's ghouls look mighty cool with their long tongues, sharp claws, lithe bodies and pointy ears.
Hearsay? Pointy ears!

Ghouls are linked to elves? Seems logical given the fact that elves are immune to a ghouls paralysis. Seems so darn logical I wonder why nobody else made that logical before!

So.. ghouls were elves?
Would be cool if elves would be a cursed folk.. that -2 con WILL make you sick one day, or heck, all the time.
Gloomy sickly frail olvenfolk, plus they DONT SLEEP! (didnt knew that now did ya?)

Silver Crusade

I wanted to scream UnderOerth after reading the first few posts, but hey,
BenS.. you go girl!

Anyway. Underrealms sounds good.
