Do cesti, spiked gauntlets, gauntlets, and brass knuckles benefit from the Brawling enchant?

Also can you TWF using one of the above with Dervish Dance?

For a primary melee or range DPR, what are people's opinion on what is adequate DPR at various levels?

Say for levels 3, 6 and 11.

I see alot of monk defenders coming in on the buff monk threads and arguing that monks are so versatile that buffing them would make them overpowered.

However, am I missing something? Or maybe they are using versatility differently than I am. In the D&D3.x/PF context I always assumed versatility means the ability to do more than one role in game.

That is why druids, clerics, and now bards are pretty much the king of versatility.

Maybe because I haven't played a monk I just don't see where the monk's "versatility" is coming from. They have 4 skill points so they really can't claim the skill monkey role. They can do a subset of the skill monkey role and that is scouting. However, since they don't get trapfinding typically monks can't totally replace a rogue even in that aspect.

The only other role the monk can do is punch face, without using an archetype they can't even do range combat very well.

They certainly can't cast nor are they even particularly suited for the face role.

Let's assume they can melee combat well enough (I don't want to get into please buff monks damage), monks can only do 1.5 roles, unless I am missing something.

Unless you count doing more than 1 role as versatile, the monk isn't very versatile. I mean aren't they just on the level of Barbarians and Fighters (if you count melee and range combat as 1.5 roles). Rogues can do 3 roles pretty well without even trying, combat, scouting and face. I won't even get into the classes with any levels of spellcasting because the versatility of spellcasting is just ridiculous.

So to all the monk defenders and players please explain what do you mean by versatility of the monk and also show me how a monk can potentially fulfil multiple roles in the game (unless you are defining versatility differently).

I noticed that the urban barbarian gains 1/2 level in bonuses to intimidate to influence crowds. However, under the intimidate skill there are only rules to demoralize or influence a single target.

Does this mean the bonus to intimidate for the urban barbarian is useless?

When using a move action or standard action (Greater Dirty Trick) to remove the Dirty Trick penalty, does this action provoke?

When you are adjusting the ACP for armors made of mithral, does the ACP adjustment for masterwork and mithril stack?

So for a mithral heavy armor is the ACP reduced by 3 or 4, since all mithral armor are also masterwork?

Can you make a ring of revelations even if you are not an oracle by adding +5 to the DC?

Maybe +10, not an oracle +5, don't have the revelation another +5.

Paladin Code of Conduct from SRD:

A paladin must be of lawful good alignment and loses all class features except proficiencies if she ever willingly commits an evil act.

Additionally, a paladin's code requires that she respect legitimate authority, act with honor (not lying, not cheating, not using poison, and so forth), help those in need (provided they do not use the help for evil or chaotic ends), and punish those who harm or threaten innocents.

The question:
Are the following lies or cheating:

1) Feint in combat - this question is 2 fold, one is the combat maneuver and the other is more general.

Can a paladin use feint (combat maneuver) without violating his code of conduct? Feigning is basically a lie with body language no?

All combat styles incorporate feints into the fighting style. If you don't or can't feint you can't be a good fighter (full BAB)? So does this mean paladins who fight at full BAB needs an atonement?

2) Can a Paladin lead men into battle? Sun Tzu said "The Art of War is the Art of Deception." So can paladins use strategies and tactics when leading men into battle? Or are they restricted to the mindless charge which would guarantee their utter and total loss almost every battle?

Hey all me and my friends just got back into D&D through pathfinder. Since we haven't touch D&D in years we all pretty much went with the core classes to start.

After a few games of playing the sorcerer (lvl 5 currently) I discovered the oracle, the divine spontaneous caster. At first I thought they would have identical spell progression as the sorcerer. However, it turns out oracles gain additional spells faster and have more spells. Their mystery spells are gained in the even levels starting at level 2, whereas sorcerer bloodline spells are gained in the odd levels excluding level 1. Also orcales get all the cure/inflict spells for free. Additional you can even pick curses that gives you even more additional spells.

So is it because I am new to pathfinder but it seems to me the oracle gain new spells faster than the sorcerer and actually end up with a bigger list too?

I am bringing this up because the even levels are painful for a sorcerer basically you only gain one spell at your highest spell level and a cantrip, unless you are human.

Whereas the oracle gains 2 spells (although one is cure/inflict) at the highest spell level during the even class levels and an additional mystery spell at spell level - 1.

Would it be unbalancing to suggest to the GM that the bloodline spells should be gained one level earlier similar to the oracle?
