Does the 15 foot cone of fire created with fire by Burning Hands turn into a 15 foot burst when fired with your hands directed at your feet?
was curious if this could be a thing, or if it does not work that way. I will say that this seems like it could be a source of debate as it makes sense, at least to me.

Ok, so I have a friend who wants to start a campaign and so he did. He created a recruitment thread, fleshed out his world and posted it. Once he got enough people, he tried Starting the Actual Campaign, but he says the thread will not allow him to post in his own campaign gameplay tab.... Any suggestions as to what may be the problem?

He apparently is also having trouble adding players to the Campaign... Please, any suggestions?
