Ghandalia’eLandara D’Remsaral, Ghandy for short, was raised in the small city of Detmer in the country of Druma. Her ancestors, instead of fleeing to
Sovyrian at the time of Earthfall, were nomads for a time until settling down along the shores of Lake Encarthan.
Ghandy can still remember the lavender smell of her mother’s hair from fifty years ago. With Kyonin and its elven government restored, her mother received a request decades ago to return and serve as an adviser to Queen Telandia Edasseril. Before receiving this request, her mother was her tutor in all facets of her life. History, geography, religion, life in the elven court, along with archery, and swordsmanship were all daily lessons. She felt her mother was training her for a life of noble responsibility. As it turns out, she was right. When her mother received the elven summons, she was ready to uproot their lives and move back to their ancestral homeland.
By this time her father, a master woodworker, gained a level of prestige building ships for Druma’s Navy and merchant class. He was content with this life and did not want go back and deal with elven high society. He elected to stay, and Ghandy, having no interest in being tied to politics and government, begged to stay with him. After many debates between her mother and father, Ghandy simply asked is she had a say in her own life. Her parents considered this inquiry and both realized that their little girl has grown up too fast. After a long quiet moment, they agreed the choice should be hers.
Decades have now past and Ghandy has grown from a confident child to an adventurous adult. Never one to stay put, she would explore the shores of her home around Lake Encarthan and sneek away on adventures using merchant caravans to visit the opulent nearby city of Kerse. Her father, so busy with his work, never seemed to take notice.
Ghandy fell in love with traveling and her adventures. On one such adventure to Kerse, instead of using another caravan going back to her home in Detmer, she decided to press her luck and join a caravan headed south toward Almas in Andoran.
It was this long journey to Almas, staring up at the stars at night, where she first felt the blessings of Desna.

After some time in Almas, she found herself in the great city of Absalom. For a time, she fell in love with the Ivy District and its theatre. This is where she found the joy of dance.

After several years of study and performing in Absalom, her next adventures took her around the Inner Sea. She worked as part of a crew of a merchant vessel transporting goods all over the Inner Sea Region.

More recently, she was on a merchant vessel that debarked in Magnimar and an opportunity arose for her and a small crew to take merchant rafts up the Yondabakari River. This sounded like another grand adventure, so she was the first to sign up. When the rafts reached Ilsurian, Ghandy learned of a carnival in town offering amazing performances. She could not believe her luck and felt it was destiny. She had to see this carnival and find out if they wanted to hire any dancers.
