Vlad’s blade cuts deeply into Gerdish’s side and the gravedigger falls to his knees, blood dribbling from his mouth, he coughs, leaning on his magic shovel, ”… Roslar’s coffer… deserved this… hypocrits! I did your dirty work for years without any thanks!” He shouts, the life draining from his face, ”… cruel hypocrites!… You…” and with the second swing, Vlad decapitates the man.
His shovel falls from his hands with a clatter, and the body drops with a thud.
Dead Bob and Dead Bill, a moment later, wave their boney claws at the party, clack their mandibles once, and then dissolve into a foul-smelling mist of bone chips that lay in a pile on the floor.

Re-summon dead bob and dead bill for an inspiration point, flanking Marya. Then Gerdish will step up to get 'flanked' by Damian, provoking from Marya, to 'pin' the oracle to the wall. He knows Damian only has a ranged weapon.

Gerdish removes a vial, and drinks it, and a pales slightly. He grins, and his lips part much more than had ever been seen before, revealing that other than his four normal front teeth on top, the lower teeth and the remaining have all been filed to sharp points, like that of a shark, or a ghoul. "Xertala wasn't wrong - but you have a chance to walk out of this with a semblance of a life, or unlife. A better chance than most get from the Tyrant. Lay down your weapons, "NOW!"." The command from the previously quiet Gerdish is forceful, dangerous, and magically terrifying, "you cannot hope to win, and why would you, when the rewards can be so... delicious..." He removes a shriveled piece of meat from his pouch and holds it up, and it is clear that it is the flensed flesh of a humanoid finger.
He tears into it with his sharpened teeth, still grinning, then pops the rest into his mouth, and steps next to Feena, menacing her with his shovel. Apologetically, he says to her quietly, "really, it isn't personal, I like you folks, but a man's gotta eat..."
I think that demoralize target is 10+6+PC's wisdom modifier, so unfortunately, we're looking at 1-2 rounds of shaken. However, all of Gerdish's former allies need to make DC 14 reflex saves

Gerdish twitches and gestures when the woman’s minion obliterates his, but a moment later, Dead Bob reforms from the shards. He frowns and spits on the ground, then grabs another potion from his bandolier, shouting at the woman, ”you can tell Valthazar that our deal is off -I no longer need the position - these people accept me and having me near them. He quaffs there potion, the wipes away the dust with the back of his hand, ”Xertala, your minions are weak, the grave has taught me much since we last met.” He also steps back, a little, and it seems like he’s trying to position himself to approach the cultist near the pillar from the other side.

Gerdish steps up slightly next to Vlad, and dragging the knucklebone of some misshapen giantish creature, out of a pouch from his bandolier, his gloved hand crushes the bone, covering it with sparkling dust. He slaps Vlad on the back, and the white print sticks - expanding and then covering the barbarian with a thin sheen of dust.
Suddenly, Vlad doubles in size... though not without all side effects. It looks like he's slightly misshapen in parts, as if the magic isn't perfect. The white dust disappears, but Vlad remains large.

Gerdish frowns when everyone recommends resting, but as he sees how Vlad is hurt, he puts down his shovel, and with a snap of his fingers - the bone automaton disappears. He moves to the side of their makeshift camp, and leaning against the wall, drops to a seated postion - resting his arms on his knees. Gerdish's elemental winks into existence, another foul-smelling creature, with the tell-tale stench of rotten eggs. He moves towards Vlad and crushes a few of the grubs underfeet while the elementals whirl quietly nearby. He waits for the others to decide what they want to do.

Gerdish's elemental appears where the rot grubs are, and immediately spins itself into a whirlwind, trying to pick up as many of the horrible grubs as possible.
slam damage:1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Whirlwind form requires a DC 12 reflex save (negates) or will take 5 damage. It requires a second DC 12 reflex save, or it becomes (I think all of it) sucked up into the whirlwind and spun around for one round. Next round, the elemental stops being a whirlwind, and the swarm reappears nearby, and the elemental has to spend an action to restart it.
Gerdish and Dead Bob step away, to spread out and prevent the grubs from getting more than one foe at a time. He calls out gruffly, "get away if you can..."

While the others heal up, Gerdish studies some of the bones, and the other remains nearby for a moment. "hmm..." he grunts. He grabs two femurs from his pack, gestures, and his holy symbol glows for a moment. A pair of clattering creatures appear, knitting themselves together into simulacrums of skeletons. It isn't clear where they came from, but their eyes and joints glow with a blue light, as opposed to the red light which is typical of many undead.
He nods at the creatures, and turns to the others. "heh, neat trick..." Holding out his hands as the others are likely concerned, he adds quickly, "got some servants here - don't worry, they don't bite." He licks his lips, then approaches Vlad and holds his holy symbol again, touching the barbarian, who is healed.

Note: Gerdish has two skeletal servants from the "necromantic servant" trait. AFAIK they are undead, but conjuring them is akin to a summoning spell (as no remains are required) and they don't detect as evil (they're more like constructs). I spoke with SL about this ahead of time, and he agreed.
