Appearance: Wears a wide-brimmed hat of all things and frequently seems to be trying to hide his face, long sleeve button up shirt w/ tie, trousers, long apron.
Background: The Jacks Family has always supported those who looked out for the borough. Geoffrey was taught that being a good citizen was always important. Currently Geoffrey has been apprenticed at the local mob restaurant/bar. His hobbies are carving wooden figurines and fishing down by the river. His mob hits are typically done with a special fish filleting knife he carries just for the purpose of gutting those who don't pay their respects to the Family.
