About Gebeniel

Gebeniel was born of the purple in Absalom, raised by tutors and academics - from whom he acquired his heretical ideas on religion.Having spent most of his adult life pursuing written knowledge, traveling throughout the world, Gebeniel has acquired much worldly knowledge. During his youth, Gebeniel was a respected scholar and very adroit in traversing all manner of terrain. The main deficit in his character now is his age, which has caused him to be somewhat prone to bitterness, disbelief, and suspicion to the point of dementia. These traits, due to an incident involving a cabbage cart that somehow became inflamed, provoked a city magistrate to place Gebeniel in the custody of the Pathfinders; mistakenly, the Pathfinders took him as a recruit. Gebeniel has proven himself to be extremely worthy in both dungeon-cracking and monster-slaying, provided his party managed to keep him away from wooden roofs or suspicious-looking orphanage caretakers.
