About Garotte

Background:

Garotte was commissioned for the Boromar Clan, a pricey but efficient tool sent to take care of debtors once the leniency of the Boromars had run its course.

Often sent to tie up loose ends, Garotte was so named for its specialized choice of weaponry.

Following a mark into the Fallen region, Garotte was buried when part of a building collapsed, and it has spent the past two years in waiting.
