Hi there , I recently started playing pathfinder and we have friend that wants to be a cleric but i'm not sure we understood its casting mechanic correctly.
I think from certain levels you are allowed to cast spells from the domains you selected. Any spell from the domains can be considered an orison spell(maybe?) once you can cast it. Aside from those each day you can cast only one spell/slot/rank multiple times according to the table to maximum of 5 (or does 4+1 mean once from one domain and 4 times from the other).

Also the part when it says additional spells depending on the wisdom check see table bla bla... does that mean that he can cast those spells ontop of the preparation/slots restrictions?

I am a bit confused and the book just almost skips over it without any concrete example or anything. Probably it's just me but that doesn't change the fact that i'm kinda stuck. Help please?

I just started pathfinder and i'm not quite familiar with the concept of combat manuvers in general but i read on a guide that the spell sunder is and I quote " is the single greatest Rage Power in the entire game ", yet i don't understand what it does.

I think what it does it removes buffs/debuffs on friendly/unfriendly targets and even self(temporarly) . But I don't understand what examples there could be and does it work on damage reduction or sorts?

If it actually is the best thing out there can you give me some examples where such a power could change the outcome of a battle or at least make a major diffrece?

Thx

I want to use the claws from the lesser beast totem but i'm not quite sure how they actually work:
1 Are they actual claws that grow from the fingernails and therefore must be used from unarmed ?
2)Do they grow and retract when raging?
3)What does it mean you get two claw attacks? You attack twice per rage and that's it or every attack move is 2d6?
4) When multiple atacks are available (lvl 6+) does it mean that you can atack 4 times per round?

I am just starting out and i noticed that the greataxe that has 1d12 dmg (two handed) has 2 types of dmg small and medium 1d10 and 1d12 . After a bit of digging I found out that I can use it as two weapons. I want to add a feat but i'm not sure i understand what actual dmg i can inflict with it
i mean it says:
"You can use a double weapon to make an extra attack with the off-hand end of the weapon as if you were fighting with two weapons. The penalties apply as if the off-hand end of the weapon was a light weapons."
So with the feat i can get the penalties down to -2 .
But does that mean I would be using it as a 1d12+1d10 (each with modiefiers?)
And if so the modiefiers would be only 1*str ofc, but aplied to each if they hit.

This compared to any other one hand+light one hand is overpowerd (even if it is 2d10 and not 1d12+1d10).

Second question:
Just to be sure :What dmg would i do if i had the str modif +3 and i hit both atacks the starting greataxe? (break it down for me)
